They arrived three times at 22:00 , they do not want to accept orders , indicating that they have a lot of orders. Although the food court is open until 23:00, please note this once , and there were only two orders on the scoreboard. And the staff was already washing the trays and equipment . And if you want to use the toilet before ordering food, then excuse me - go to your pants! But even after extracting the code, opening the bathroom door is a whole quest. After such gestures, the desire to eat in this place, and even visit it, disappears altogether. I wish that taking care of visitors was not so complicated!

Вкусная пицца в додо, что может быть лучше, особенно когда вокруг чисто и заказ делается достаточно быстро. Персонал, как и везде в подобных заведениях от додо дружелюбный и улыбчивый, всегда хочется вернуться и взять себе одну из пицц (особенно сырный цыпленок, рекомендую)

Был 1 раз именно в этой точке. Что-то понравилось, что-то- нет.
Начну с "-"
- Были с ребёнком. Раскрасок нет, т.к. нет карандашей. Мелкой тяжело дождаться пиццы, пока готовят.
- В день, когда мы ходили, было очень много народу. Видимо, большинство- это подростки, которые просто приходят посидеть без заказа. Поэтому шумновато и маловато уюта. Будто просто в парке на лавке пиццу присел съесть.
--- В одном куске попался волос!!! Давно такого не было в общепите. Скорее всего, это мне так повезло. Вряд ли это закономерность. Мы не стали жаловаться, т.к. до этого сотрудники хорошо себя проявили.
-мебель странная: на столешницах какие-то пузыри, будто суп разлит. То ли клей какой-то застывший, то ли ещё что.
- в описании акции 2 за 1 явно не сказано, что нужен промокод, что привело к недоразумению
Теперь о "+"
-готовят быстро и вкусно, несмотря на аншлаг. К слову, и пиццы были самыми дорогими в этом заведений.
-в зоне готовки сотрудники очень приветливы были к ребёнку. Даже какие-то наклейки подарили
- на кассе оказалось, что нужно было ввести промокод при заказе через сайт. Минуту обсудили эту ситуацию- и менеджер все решил.
В общем, с учетом всех обстоятельств, я бы поставил оценку ниже, если б был один. Но были компанией и посидели весело. Поэтому отмечу позитивно.

Очень вкусная пицца. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Много скидок и акций. Выгодно для больших компаний. Всегда берем на работу, когда у кого-нибудь день рождение.

Еда в целом устраивает, здание расположено удобно, в центре города напротив автовокзала.
Но такая низкая оценка не связана с едой.
Она связана с БОМЖАМИ которые там вечном постоянно находятся. Руководству данного заведения однозначно нужно как-то решать эту проблему, запах невыносимый, и как средстве очень грязные туалеты.
