I was at the point on the Stone Hill twice, twice I was dissatisfied with the quality of the product, or rather its freshness, which I indicated in the comment - 0 reactions. I started placing an order for dodster and pepsi. The seller walked away for a couple of minutes and when she arrived, he said that he was sorry, but we would take a very long time to place your order. I asked why and how long to wait since you have a couple of visitors, to which I was answered by about 30 orders we do not have time, we are still preparing for delivery.
So I answer You have to serve the visitors first and not the delivery.
The seller replied, I can't help you with anything!

Good evening, very cozy, very clean place. Everything is always delicious and fresh. I want to express my huge thanks to the team that was on shift on 11/23/2024. Unfortunately, we were unable to place an order because there were a lot of people (once again, to confirm that the guys cook very tasty there) and had to leave due to limited time. But they forgot the package with their personal belongings. They returned an hour later, if not more. And, lo and behold, the guy at the checkout handed it to me right away! Not a bad place in the area, quite popular. Previously, we often ordered pizza or delicious rolls on Tuesdays. Now somehow the pizza dough seems oaky and their tomato sauce is very bitter (you know the taste and color here). Dodsters are quite good, if you don't look at the price. In terms of price category, they have become expensive. There was a case when they messed up with the delivery and did not bring the dish to the child, they promised to bring it within 15-20 minutes, they brought it in 1 hour with something.. After this incident, I haven't ordered delivery for a long time. It seems like a trifle, but there is a sediment.

22.10.22 the child's birthday was celebrated. We ordered a pizza making workshop. Everything was done at the highest level. The guys were just delighted and involved in the process. There are a lot of impressions left. We enjoyed eating pizza, which we cooked ourselves. Special thanks to the pizzeria staff. To the administrator Alexander, who understood the order and made the reservation * a very pleasant young man, explained everything, answered all questions. Directly to Dmitry, who received us, is very hospitable, there are answers to all questions. I would like to express my special thanks to Anastasia (our pizza making instructor). She gets along well with children, explains everything clearly. The whole process flew by like a flash, everything is very interesting, accessible, and fun. The guys not only cooked the pizza themselves, but enjoyed eating it and had fun in the cafe. We ordered pizza for adults, very tasty. The children appreciated the milk cocktails and puff pastry with cranberries and pineapples. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We visited this institution on the way home. A very small room for eating, literally 10 people for comfortable accommodation.
The sales consultant does not know the composition of the pizzas they cook. We asked for pizza with bell pepper, we were told that this is not cooked here. After arguments and bickering, we found this pizza on the menu and ordered it.In general, we ordered 2 pizzas with us to take away.
We were waiting for the order to be issued for 25 minutes.
For a very long time.
But it was quite delicious.

On August 23, 21:00, I came to the pizzeria with a girl, an order was formed in advance, everything was done perfectly. Everything tastes good, there are no complaints about the products. BUT WHILE WE WERE IN THE PIZZERIA AND USING THIS PRODUCT, THE SCREAMS OF AN INADEQUATE MANAGER WERE repeatedly HEARD FROM THE PRODUCTION. She tried in every possible way to "teach" (to put it mildly) some employee, which was heard throughout the hall and it was unpleasant for me, as a client, guest, and so on, to hear it, since she expressed herself incorrectly, almost humiliating the employees. I believe that educational work on an employee should be carried out at least half a tone lower, or in specially designated places and as a maximum in person one-on-one, and not in front of all other employees and so that visitors can still hear it. If you have problems with the management team, then you need to review or re-certify for the right to work in this position. Just as public humiliation at work and in a public place entails the imposition of a fine on an official in the performance of his work duties. And even more so the threats that sounded from the head to the staff, that they would be deprived of money upon dismissal from the workplace for some of their "shoals".

Rude, boorish, "sent from the pizzeria" with her whole appearance, tried to do everything possible so that we didn't order anything. I don't understand why, because this is a person's salary.
