I placed an order through the application, the money was withdrawn from the card, but the order was not issued, I had to go there, since the Dodo operator did not pick up the phone, I reported the problem, to which I was simply given another number of the operator who picked up the phone, and not the first time, they said they would refund the money in 3 days, and They said if they didn't return it, they would have to apply again. People were also sitting at a table with the same problem. Left without food and without money, the problem is that no one took action, I believe that it was necessary to return the money to people, and dodo should have already informed the operator that the money that was debited would come to them, so that people would not wait for their money for several days, or completely close this application if such problems. I do not recommend ordering food through the dodo app!

Very very bad staff. the order is ready, it lit up on the screen, but the pizza was not given, the girl came to the checkout and stupidly ran away somewhere. another one came out, started to figure it out, turned out. She was given to others . They said to wait another 7-10 minutes . this is a plus to the fact that we waited for her for 35 minutes.

There is not much to complain about, except that they take a long time to fulfill orders when there is an influx of visitors. Well, cheesecakes could be more weighty - but this is not a question for a specific pizzeria, but for the system. :) A separate respect is for the potatoes from the oven (for not being deep-fried, but baked), one star was removed for removing "4 cheeses" from the pizza menu. :)

We were on a business trip with a colleague, there was an urgent need for a normal institution with laptop sockets and stable WI-FI Internet and due to limited time and a place with high-quality food. We actually spent half a day there, held two video conferences, no one said a word. However, they did not eat for cheap.I recommend it.
