My wife ordered his favorite pepperoni pizza for lunch (09/19/2022), unfortunately in a hurry, mistakenly through the Dodo Pizzeria website (for which they paid later, since the network was not previously used by us). As a result, the child accepted the order and handed over the money for the delivered product for a little more than 20 rubles, unpacked it only in the kitchen when the courier had already left - the pizza consisted of cake, cheese and ketchup. When asked by the operator where the whole essence of the order is, that is, pepperoni sausage, they received the answer that at the time of the order the tick was removed excluding this component during cooking, which led to the preparation of incomplete products. Perhaps a technical error was made at the time of the order (which, unfortunately, is no longer possible to check as a customer), but the operator himself, rechecking the order with elementary logic, is unable to conclude about a possible failure that "does it make sense to order pizza "Double Pepperoni" without pepperoni sausage???"

Dogs and rats run around on the floor, people walk in shoes, the entrance is not washed every day, it is not necessary to put thermos bags on the floor of a dirty entrance. It was so disgusting to eat raw pizza off the floor that we threw it away. I strongly recommend that no one buy this poison, health is more expensive. I don't go to them anymore and I won't order.
