We were traveling on 11/25/2023 from Gorlovka to Moscow.Drivers constantly talk on the phone while driving, thereby creating an emergency situation. There's nothing to breathe on the bus, they smoke all the time.Boorish behavior on comments.The bus is dirty and falling apart.I do not recommend this carrier.

Good afternoon, friends!! We were traveling as a family on December 14 to Moscow from Gorlovka DNR!! Translator. The off-bus driver is rude and smokes in the cabin!! It is impossible to ride the seat is not comfortable, the bus is dirty!! We do not recommend this translator!!

The only plus is that it's good that I didn't walk and didn't push. I have not experienced such discomfort since my student days, when I went to study on old loopholes and Icaruses (the roar of the ancient Mercedes engine with a punctured muffler reminded me of those times, near Tula, drivers still solved this problem, for which they +); cold in the cabin (3 times I approached drivers with the problem of a non-working heater, but everything is fine with them -apparently that's why they, like all passengers, were traveling in jackets and hats - although it got a little warmer near Moscow - they said that someone had closed the heater duct with bags, well, maybe it was in the morning))); a dirty salon that saw the dry cleaning the last time when the bus was running its kilometers at Poles; "crying" hatches and water in the luggage compartment (although it could be from luggage), but I will attach a photo of a dirty bag. The most terrible bus in the last 4 years of my monthly trips is Moscow-Krasny Luch. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Flight Gorlovka-Moscow. And the plus to all of the above is the delay on arrival, we arrived at 9.45 at the Novoyasenevskaya NPP, although we passed the border quickly- the reason is simple, this junk broke down on the way and barely moves by itself.

This is hell!!!! We have been driving for 13 hours, only in the Voronezh region. At the same time, they passed the border in 1.5 hours. We went to all possible cities and visited Novoshakhtinsk. This city is not even listed on the website for check-in. The staff is nervous, you can't ask anything. The seats are insanely narrow. I won't go with this carrier anymore. Darkness
