I've heard all sorts of things, but we still decided to apply here for a difficult case with our cat. We were refused elsewhere. The staff was polite enough, it was pleasant to communicate with the doctors, they calmed them down, but they told everything as it is, answered all questions. We did everything we could. The operation went well. The cat was returned in the same condition as it was left. Special thanks to Dr. V.V. Pileyko, who performed the operation and did everything carefully. It's just a pity that in the end they gave the cat a disappointing diagnosis and said they couldn't do anything about it:(
There are also a couple of disadvantages: you almost always need to wait for some extra time, even if you came exactly by appointment. And after the operation, as they said that the cat could already be picked up, they still had to wait for several hours (!)
And also be ready for 5 minutes of inspection and confirmation for the third time of the need for the operation to pay +- 40 rubles
But out of the pleasant, the agreed amount in the contract for the operation turned out to be 200 rubles higher than the total amount paid

To begin with, with a specific appointment, you can wait up to 40 minutes (tested on personal experience). Some specialists cannot be caught. The dentist appears twice a week.

Many thanks to doctors Kuntsevich A. L. and Klyashtorny I. V. We are not from Minsk and over the past six months we have visited all the doctors in our city, we were told that we have both pancreas, and tumor, and hemobartonelosis, treatment did not help and the cat only got worse. But then they took all the necessary tests and prescribed drugs, after which the cat immediately felt better. Unfortunately, the diagnosis is not being treated, but I am very glad that my cat can live a normal life thanks to the prescribed medications. She no longer suffers, eats normally, plays and is interested in everything that is happening around. Thanks again!

I came with a cat by ambulance, he felt so bad, a deaf girl is sitting at the reception, who does not hear what you are saying to her, while you are shouting at the floor of the hospital, the ultrasound technician cannot even tell you in a nutshell what is wrong with your pet and imposes the service of a ‘doctor’, for which of course it is paid separately, the cat was found to have 2 tumors, he was 15 years old + diabetes was found, diabetes at this age is absolutely contraindicated operations, since the cat is old and simply elementary will not withstand them, but they will definitely advise you to do them and immediately tell you how much it will cost, they do not know how to take blood from the word at all,5 times I tried to get into the back paw and only then switched to the front paw and, lo and behold, it turned out 3 more times
Conclusion:the prices are high, (ultrasound + blood donation 110 rubles.
Unnecessary procedures are being pushed in and the chalk staff is not qualified enough
It is better to go to Gursky 42, excellent specialists work there, prices are lower and they always tell the truth

When the dog was taken away, she had a spot on her stomach the size of a child's hand, similar to a burn. They were taken to another clinic, where they prescribed treatment. Now the doctor refuses to explain what happened to the dog (where the stain came from), which is why it is not clear which medications can be given to her and which ones cannot.

I called the administrator to write to the doctor about esophagitis. They made an appointment with a general doctor, although they could have gone straight to a gastro-enterologist... As a result, the doctor examined me, they did tests, even those that were not needed and I did not ask. I found out when I paid 180p... She didn't really say anything and sent me for a consultation with a gastroenterologist, which could have been done right away... The doctor recommended an ophthalmologist, as during a visual examination she noticed a cataract, which confused me!!!!!!! when I went to another vet clinic, the doctors laughed and said that there was nothing!!!!!

Excellent service, there is everything you need - even an MRI scan, all medicines and other things can be bought on the spot after visiting the doctor.
The minus is only the prices for some services: a few years ago they offered a hospital for one and a half to two weeks in the area of a hundred bucks a day! I don't know how now - that cat has been gone for a long time, but I recently went with a new kitty - nothing serious :)
P.S. If you take a taxi, choose Yandex with a note with a pet - they may refuse on regular tariffs - you will be late for your appointment ;)

If you don't care about your pet, this clinic is for you!
They treated the dog with seizures. For the first time, we don't know what to do.. The cramps are terrible! We arrived around 6 a.m. We looked at it, made an appointment with a neurologist for the day and for an abdominal ultrasound in the evening, plus recommended doing 1000 non-logical tests for an expensive price, and just sent home ... no recommendations, no medications.
So they left in fear that everything would happen again..
We arrived at the neurologist in the afternoon, the doctor found nothing and said that in case of repeated seizures they should be filmed on the phone and immediately contact her.
We returned home, the seizures repeated... recorded on the phone, we call the clinic and hear:but there is no neurologist, she has already left, she will not be here today.
We are urgently looking for another clinic (fortunately, we find a neurologist who is ready to see us!), we are going there.
And immediately we were prescribed treatment, a prescription was written out and 10005000 tests were not needed..
In the evening we come here for an ultrasound and our neurologist (whom we were told was not there!!!) passes by us unhurriedly
. It's just impossible to put into words our feelings. The dog is in critical condition, and such an attitude..it is impossible for such indifferent people to work in such a place.
Thank you that there are real doctors in Minsk, whose goal is not money, but to help animals.
The dog will not say that it hurts and it is impossible to let such attacks take their course!
I read in the reviews how the dog died due to the fact that they did not provide help and appointed to come in a few days without assessing the whole situation..
I won't set foot on you anymore…
PS the dog has become easier, we continue the course of treatment prescribed in another clinic.

There are no questions about these manipulations, just like about the cost. Perhaps we could talk about the goodwill of the administrators, but let's skip this point. We went to the procedures at Dr. Vet, as we did not want to take the cat on transport, but we can walk to you (we live nearby). One more time: my negative review below refers to a specific situation where we expected to get a specialist's advice, signed up through the website, but were refused. That's all. But you are right, I also have a positive experience of applying to Dr. Vet.
The assessment is not for the clinic and veterinary specialists, but for how management trains administrators and what priorities it sets for them. I understand everything — this is a commercial institution that aims to earn money, but they literally pull money out of you, setting some limits and eventually refusing admission.
Our situation: the cat was treated in another clinic for cystitis. We have fresh tests, ultrasound results, etc. We sign up for Dr. Vet via the website to the nephrologist at 11-30. We receive a call where they refuse to make an appointment, since a narrow specialist takes an hour by time, and we mistakenly made an appointment for half an hour (and here we are not very clear at all, since the site offered us an appointment with a specific narrow specialist, we signed up). We explain that we want to come with the results of tests and functional diagnostics without a cat. They begin to treat us that, of course, it is possible to come without a cat, but it will be better for the cat if the doctor examines it, feels it, etc. What can a doctor feel for cystitis when this disease is treated by urine and ultrasound!? Some kind of trash, to be honest. During this half hour, the doctor could have studied the medical history and given some recommendations. The clinic's attitude towards clients is very strange.

I strongly advise against this clinic in case of an emergency. We applied on August 30, 2024, at about 7:45 a.m. The call center previously said that they would not do an ultrasound for the animal at such a time, but a specialist would accept it. As a result, only the administrator turned out to be there from the round-the-clock, who, after a five-minute solution to work issues with a colleague on the phone, said that the only doctor was conducting intensive care at the clinic at a different address. No one will be able to receive us, but you can stay and wait for the specialists who will take over at 9 a.m. The appointment is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, when the doctor has time between recorded patients, so the waiting time can be 2-3 hours. After waiting exactly 3 hours, we did not get to the reception. I was lucky enough to do an ultrasound and take an analysis, which was ready in about an hour or more for an additional fee. There were 4 therapists. None of those who were released earlier were even going to accept us. They either went out or sat in the office waiting for the results of some smears, tests and other things for 15-20 minutes.. while our cat was quietly dying in the carrier.
The necessary assistance was provided to a dehydrated animal with vomiting blood and a temperature of 40.6 in another clinic. The cat is alive

We got there at night, we were warned by phone that the doctor takes a first-come, first-served basis ( approximate waiting time is 1.5 hours ). A cleaning lady met us at the reception, asked us to familiarize ourselves with the price list, fill out the paperwork and sit down. I wonder where the administrator has been all this time. We spent a total of 3 hours in line, and during this time a situation so to speak "sur" occurred.. A man came out with a dead dog in his hands , paid 230 rubles for the "help" provided by the doctor (at that moment he still had to get up and leave ), but it was a pity to spend 3 hours in the queue and there was still hope for at least a primary care. We got to Rabushok R.A. You can get acquainted with his conclusion in the attached photo. We were diagnosed incorrectly , the cat was not properly examined , for some reason they wanted to send us to a thousand unnecessary procedures that were not related to our problem at all ! Look at how everything is recorded only from my words in a ridiculously affectionate form... IS THIS EVEN NORMAL? Only after my request was an antiallergic injection given , without gloves , without voicing what kind of preparation it is . We paid 100 rubles for 10 minutes of reception and went with an unresolved problem .
If you want to kill your pet, come at any time, the DOCTOR VET clinic will help you!!
