I do not recommend this clinic, as incompetent people in veterinary matters and absolutely uninterested in helping animals are sitting at the reception.
We signed up for this clinic, as it is closer to home, to take an electrolyte test, according to the results of which the cat needed to be put on a drip. Three times I said that an electrolyte test was needed: when making an appointment on the phone, at the reception desk, and in the doctor's office when he asked what kind of analysis was needed. As a result, they did a general biochemical analysis, and the doctor we are seeing at another veterinary clinic replied that they did not do what was required of them at all.
When I called to find out why they did biochemistry, despite the fact that I explained three times that we had an analysis for electrolytes for subsequent infusion, they replied that, it turns out, they did not do this analysis separately, for this reason they enrolled in biochemistry and were not notified that they did not do electrolytes separately (service in 👍🏾).
In addition, I left my email, to which I was told that the results would be sent before 9 a.m. the next day. At one o'clock in the afternoon, I had to call the clinic and find out where the analysis was, because they did not send anything, and the girl replied: "It's strange, it says that everything has been sent." At the same time, she asked me to check the Spam folder in the mail, although, of course, I did it before the call and rechecked everything in the world, there were no results until I called and asked to send it.
I'll stop by to write a comment in the complaint book, because this is not a clinic, but an ordinary divorce for money.
The worst is the clinic, it feels like I've been scammed.

I went with my dog to a simple veterinary clinic near the house, they vaccinated, they didn't talk to us at all, and I thought, what can I say, we're vaccinated. I accidentally got into Dr. Vet "for company". The doctor asked everything before the vaccination, and even looked at the ears and eyes. I noticed a receding hairline behind my ear, showed me that the hair does not grow evenly everywhere, and told me to donate blood for the hormone. I hadn't noticed. And what a blessing that they passed, the dog has thyroid problems, the indicators were two times lower than normal! We are being treated, the dog has become more active and in fact the coat is thicker. Now I can compare, the level of doctors in doctor vet is higher, that's for sure! If I hadn't come here, the dog would have been slowly dying. And no need to talk about prices, they are the same as everywhere else.
A wonderful place! The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, very polite. The therapist paid great attention to me and the pet-she did everything very carefully, explained all the appointments several times until I understood everything exactly (I myself asked everything many times in a row). Thank you very much! It's just a pity that we visit this place when pets have health problems😞

The store is also here and the veterinary library is very convenient. The only bad luck was with nurse Valeria - it's just terrible. She tortured all the animals, she screams every first one. He cannot put a catheter or give an injection. And thanks a lot to Alexander! The cat was lying on a drip, did not even squeak, neither when he came up, nor when they put all the injections.

It was an unscheduled appeal, because after tarzorafia (we closed the eye with the 3rd century), the eye opened, it happened at night and on the following day we went to the clinic. Tarzorafia itself was performed by another doctor at the clinic on Bearing Ave. 9. Nadezhda conducted a thorough examination of the eye, took many pictures, contacted the doctor who conducted the examination and tarzorafia to find out all the details of our first visit. After that, she told us everything in detail and explained it with sketches on paper. She told me why it happened. The cat in her crayfish did not even resist and sat quietly. She also showed how to do all the procedures correctly. I also want to mention the administrators of Deskovets Veronika and Yanushkevich Anna. They are very polite and pleasant to talk to.
Don't come here on the night shift anymore. Ultrasound does not work here at this time and the tariffs are draconian. When you don't know what's wrong with your pet, it's better to go to another roundabout. This one was the closest. The doctor examined the cat in the abdominal area, expressed doubts about the intestines (he found a seal on palpation), but willingly clung to the appearance of a kitten in our family and slapped the diagnosis "distemper". There are no arguments that the animals are vaccinated (the cat was vaccinated with the Nobivak complex for 2 years in a row, the kitten was personally taken to the 2nd stage of vaccinations for 3 months and many other nuances), that there are no plague symptoms, I just said that I do not know anything. The tests showed severe inflammation, and the rapid test was false positive. They dug it up and sent it home so that they would return in the morning with a separate entrance as with an infection. We lost a lot of time here for a stupid diagnosis, rushed to another clinic, there the test turned out to be negative and the doctors said that for many symptoms, well, not distemper, but qualities.the vaccine gives immunity for up to 5 years from the first vaccination, they tried to pull the cat out of the inflammatory process. By the way, the kitten is still alive, it would not have survived to vaccinations. Draw your own conclusions. We will not come here anymore and we will not advise our friends either.
P.S. one good ultrasound doctor works here during the day shift (previously, on the recommendation of other doctors, they came for an ultrasound of the heart before sterilization).

We do not yet have an official conclusion on the correctness of the diagnosis and the chosen treatment (and all this changed every day), so I will not prematurely accuse anyone and just briefly tell our story. When the situation clears up and if the information is useful, I will definitely post documentary evidence here... how the diagnosis changed, how they changed (for the worse....and at times) tests for 3 days of visiting this clinic and what was the official response of the clinic.
06.10.22 at about 21:00 We went to the clinic. Complaints of lack of appetite, I haven't eaten for a couple of days. The cat was sluggish, but....but I still had to hold her (she broke out) during ultrasound ... when taking tests.
We told the doctor that we had blood tests at their clinic in June 22. And that the cat has high blood sugar. They provided the results of a previous examination, where a preliminary diagnosis of diabetes mellitus was made. After the examination, we were given a preliminary diagnosis of cholangiohepatitis and prescribed Ringer Locke (which includes glucose!!!!), B12, Papaverine, Analgin.
They dripped us for about an hour... the cat's condition after the drip had already become much worse... she couldn't even sit anymore. We were told to come the next day and repeat the same procedures (they even gave us this Ringer Lock raster). We brought the cat home almost unconscious (it was about 12:00 at night).
On the morning of 7.10.22 we went to the clinic as the doctor told us to dig in. After seeing the condition of the cat....and the results of the blood test (at the time of admission, the glucose level was 24.5 ... and the current level for rapid blood sugar analysis was off the scale ... as we were told "HI level")...the cat was put in intensive care.... and they said they would call. They called late in the evening and said that they needed to leave the cat in the hospital (500-600 rubles)...we have clarified... whether she will be doing something at night....we were told that no... we decided to take her home for the night and bring her back in the morning. As the intensive care doctor said... they were knocking down their sugar levels all day... and they succeeded....but the cat is in a serious condition and will survive only if the tests continue to improve within 3-5 days and carefully asked if we were ready to fight again.... unfortunately....the next day, the tests did not improve....they all got worse at times... the cat's condition was critical... we were told there was still a chance....blood transfusion... we need to look for a donor....it's 5-6 days... and that's not the fact that it will help....My husband decided to let our Bonya go... and not torment her anymore.
That's it.....on 06.10.22 in the evening we were still joking and smiling with the doctor at the examination ... and in the morning on 07.10.22 we were crying, seeing what our favorite had turned into....8.10.22 we buried our Bonya

To our official request....could the prescribed drug with glucose raise Boney's blood sugar and lead to a critical condition, the chief doctor ........ replied that ....in their opinion, no, and the appointment was correct.
P.S. Of course ........, sugar rose in a couple of hours to Hi levels not because of the drug with glucose, there could be other more important reasons....... I slept on the wrong side at night, or the moon was incomplete…

They recently operated on a dog, the operation was abdominal, the cost was not small, they promised that everything would cost 750 rubles, but no one warned that in the postoperative period, for each examination, they would take more money. I naively believed that this was included in the cost of the operation. I agree that it is necessary to take payment for painkillers and antibiotics, but why I paid for each appointment, I do not understand, I did not come for a consultation. They had not yet put a drain on the blood to drain, the dog's entire stomach was red, it was impossible to watch him suffer, I had to go to the clinic again, they took a lot of money for another examination, in general, I had to pay 1050 rubles for everything in the end. Maybe I don't understand something, but this is the first time I've met this. I think that the control after the operation should be included in the cost of the operation, or immediately warn how much it will result in.
Dear people, run away from this place like from the plague if you want to save your pet's life and your savings. I turned to the problem of urolithiasis of a cat, a breed of lop-eared Scotsman. After the first visit, we were told that it was necessary to install a catheter and put on a diaper. Everything was done, but the cat did not get better, I had to go to them for help several more times. After the third visit, they said that it was necessary to leave for the hospital, as the infection went inside. The next day, we received a call and were told that a decision needed to be made, and since the treatment was not yielding results. The cat is over a year old. A day of this treatment costs about 600 rubles. Since they did not want to put the young cat to sleep, they turned to another institution. As a result, it was found that the infection came from the fact that the diaper was not needed, the antibiotic was prescribed only for the third visit. At the moment, the cat is alive, 2 weeks have passed, thanks to real professionals, not "specialists" Dr. Vet.
The vet clinic is good. The neurologist is from God. Everything is very clean, the reception is always on time. The staff is very polite. A good pharmacy.
A good clinic, working around the clock. The dog was promptly helped. The staff is polite and qualified. The only oddity is familiarization with the night price list for painting. When you arrive at 4 a.m. with a sick animal, I doubt very much that someone is carefully studying the prices.

A good vet clinic, a lot of people go there, although prices may be higher than those of competitors. It is adequately equipped, there is a hospital. It is very convenient to have a specialized pet facility right at home.
Controversial impressions about the clinic. I have been visiting regularly for several years, on the shelves:
1) for the whole time, only once was accepted by time. All the time you have to wait an average of 10-15 minutes after the time for which you were recorded. Sometimes the wait is 35 minutes.
2) it is better to visit doctors on recommendation. There are very competent and good specialists, and there are those who either do not really understand their field, or just stupidly spin for a lot of money (or even both options). For example, I am grateful to fate that brought me to Pileiko, a very good doctor, albeit a gloomy one :) the cat defeated cancer, thank you :) I definitely recommend Pileiko if there are problems with oncology. The therapists I got to were not impressed, I had to turn to others.
3) the tests were done well and quickly, there were no complaints about droppers, injections and ultrasound either. Yanushevskaya, Mukhlya, Voronets. Good specialists, provided services in full, calmed the animal and the restless owners, thank you)
4) the prices are average. There are more and less in the city. There are no complaints about the prices. They have the right to determine whether we have the right to agree or not. Basically, money is not spared for such services and they justify the cost (except for unsuccessful visits to therapists). But sometimes there are questions. Sometimes a full-fledged consultation happens, where they examine, prescribe treatment, do something, and there is a consultation where they just say: donate blood / go to a cardiologist, etc. Consultations for half an hour and consultations for 2 minutes.. But the price is the same for both that consultation and this one. It would be great to differentiate a little bit of the price for this ...
5) the administrators are polite, pleasant and smiling.
6) there is a veterinary pharmacy right in the building of the veterinary clinic and feed is sold. It is very convenient to immediately buy some kind of drug or a treat for your pet's patience.
To sum up: it is worth applying for tests and examinations. It is advisable to go to the doctors only on the recommendation, so as not to lose money and not to give money in vain. Do not expect to enter strictly according to your recording time, do it quickly and leave.

I do not know which of them earns money from this ..., but I have never been able to get through to the call center directly! No matter which one you are in line to get an answer (2nd, 10th or 20th...), every time you find yourself already 1st in line, they say "your waiting limit is exhausted"! But again, it doesn't really depend on the minutes of waiting!... Then you have to dial 10 more times, wait for your turn to be answered, spend your money and minutes online, and they keep you in touch to the maximum and send you back to your own place! After 30-40 minutes, or even more, they call back, of course... But sometimes it's too late!
Why not immediately tell the answering machine "your call has been received, the phone number has been determined, wait to get in touch with you"!?
