COMPLEX COLORING
after watching beautiful coloring videos on Instagram and the convenient location, I chose this salon
18.03 was on a complex coloring.when recording, they indicated the price of 300+ rubles. I asked for the maximum cost. they said no more than 330 rubles. at the end, 355 came out, the difference was small, everything would be fine, but they didn't paint the way they wanted. after removing the foil, there were red strands around the face.They said everything would be fine after tinting.The unpainted natural root turned reddish after tinting, and the hair was still reddish after washing.
I wrote to the salon about the problem. They told me to come over and the master will see what's wrong
03/27 I came, they said the root rang because of the tinting. and the face is not so bright, because the master misunderstood me, although I showed the photo from the last coloring (they did it in the finish as shown in the photo)

I used to come here for a haircut and manicure, now I'll never go again. I have long and thick hair, I came for a haircut, specified the cost and am ready to pay any full cost for the service. The main thing is that I just get a haircut, as I always have before. The request is simple, in my opinion. As a result, they didn't even wash my hair (my hair was thick and long), they didn't make a uniform, nothing at all. They made me stand, and they just poured water from a bottle onto the tips to make them shorter. Then the bangs were also giggled and made shorter too. Everything else is as it was. No shampooing, no remedies were applied, nothing at all. At the reception, the cost was rolled out more than previously agreed. For what? She left in a depressed mood. The master simply did not want to bother and work, she did her work superficially and artistically. I was walking home and it was a shame. You usually come to the salon to get a haircut, as well as for a dose of some positive emotions from it. She always left the salon in a good mood. It's like they're making fun of me now. Now I will find another salon in Gomel for myself, where they will fully provide services, ask if they liked everything and take the amount stated in the price list or at least explain what the surcharge is for. In my case, it's generally funny. Yes, I had to make a claim at the reception, but I didn't want any clarifications and scandals.

Convenient location and large parking nearby.
One of the disadvantages of my personal taste is that music plays very loudly in the repertoire of tearful teenagers about failed love. It does not fit the style of the salon at all. If the lounge were turned on, the impression of the salon would definitely sparkle with other colors. I came for manicures and pedicures, I couldn't relax, and in other salons I relax on such procedures. I don't go anymore

I was making a way out of the black , I was convinced everything would be fine and the hair would stay in place . The washing went without any special features , after a while I came for coloring : I sat with the composition for almost 2 hours 🥲... the foil was removed , the hair was partially together with it , to which the master told me that this was normal , as it should be 😭when asked if my hair would be like rubber in the future , the master replied - of course not ! It takes 1-2 weeks to recover.
The result : the hair fell off , burned , stretched like rubber when in contact with moisture . A week after the staining, they turned reddish-green. It has been 6 months since the "transformation" in this "wonderful place" now from the hair to the waist to the shoulders, the hair is in very poor condition (despite high-quality care and professional grooming procedures).
From now on, I ask you not to mislead people and convince them that everything with hair will be "fine"! Take pity on yourself, your hair and money (far from a budget salon. A lot of money for low-quality procedures)

Hello everyone, I usually don't write any reviews, but this time I want you to think 10 times before going to this "salon". About 3 months ago, I did complex coloring in this "wonderful salon". My hair was well grown, the "colorist" did not do her job neatly, after washing off the supra, my root was red. To which the woman said, "Well, how red he is, look, I made you a perfect blowout." I came so that there would be a good result in the whole, and not blowing "excellent" and the root is red. To which she offered to tone them, but she couldn't even really explain how it would be. When the estimated amount for my hair was recorded was 320-350r. As a result, they took 370. After two days of shampooing at home, the hair looked so ugly that I wanted to cry from this "salon" coloring. The salon reacted quickly to my message: "come, we will fix everything." Yes, the other girl really toned everything down well. They took about 50 more rubles for the paint. The paint washed off literally after 1.5 weeks. Now the hair is even from Prof.cosmetics, procedures in such a terrible state. Stretch like rubber bands , dry , fall out , break. Therefore, girls, I sincerely do not recommend this place to you.

After 2 months in rainy weather, it became very noticeable, consider that there is no keratin on the hair at all. Signing up for one master, without warning about the change of master in advance, was done by another master. Experimenting with who does keratin correctly and who does not, in the end, they also managed to burn the scalp with an iron (thank God they at least apologized). The wear period of keratin did not meet expectations, although in another place, when keratin was made, the sock was almost a year old. The question of what we will do about it was answered. "I should have applied a month ago." The conclusion is that it is better to avoid this salon. Time spent, money thrown away. They only travel on advertising.

Great salon! The staff is attentive, pleasant atmosphere! They offered tea and coffee. Real professionals work. I turned to the question of hair coloring, after prolonged use of henna. The roots were painted, the length was "adjusted" to the color of the roots, nothing turned green or blue, as other hairdressers scared me.
I applied for the first time, but I am sure that I will become a regular customer!

I came a second time, unfortunately, I did not remember the name of the master, but the work and attitude towards the client are disgusting. At the same time, they painted me and another girl (and I waited 20-30 minutes for the master to invite me), applied the composition and I sat with him for 1 hour and 20 minutes!!!! Instead of 45 minutes. While the master was busy with the second client. The result is black roots (my hair is lighter) and the staining of the roots was terribly visible! Plus the scalp. I tried to wash it at home to lighten it somehow, but to no avail. 2 stars only for the first work of master Ekaterina.

I do not recommend getting a manicure here, nails after correction are all of different lengths, shapes, and generally not symmetrical, and there is zero knowledge about the correct architecture. I asked for a sharp, straight square, but in the end I got narrowed and curved ones. Pay attention to the size of the little finger and ring finger. The administrator reports one price first, then it turns out to be another. I did not receive an objective opinion on the service provided, and there were still misunderstandings. Don't set foot in there anymore.

I do not recommend it to anyone!!! I came to the appointed time for hair extensions, waited 2 hours until the master deigned to come up, when I asked that I wait almost 2 hours, how is it at all? Where is your customer focus? The master said that everything would be in time and left. After that, another master came up to me and said that the hair intended for me was not encapsulated, and this is still +2 hours to work and invited me to come back in a day. Naturally, with such an attitude towards customers - a refusal! I do not recommend it to anyone! The service level is zero, however, as well as customer orientation, this is taking into account the fact that the prices in the cabin are above average. I left a corresponding entry about the inadequate quality of service in the comments book.
