I'm shooting 2 stars for the price. 500 lire ticket without a harem and 650 lire with a harem. It's expensive, the price has been raised 4 times in the last 2 years! There was a restoration in the sultan's chambers, there was a queue for 30 minutes, but there was really nothing to see, just a few exhibits.

Most of all, however, I was impressed by the exterior of the palace with its gardens and views of the Bosphorus. It's not bad inside either, of course, but still not the Hermitage.
