Nice hotel! The design is modern, clean and cozy, but the prices are overpriced. We stayed at the hotel and ate in other places. There is a bakery nearby, any delicious pizza to take away. Fruits and vegetables are sold across the street at affordable prices. Shops are nearby too. Breakfast at the hotel is included in the price, of course it is a good buffet to choose from: porridge, sandwiches, tea, coffee, even watermelon was given. The hotel has its own electric generator, which is very convenient when the lights are turned off, it is here and everything works: refrigerators, split, etc. The beach is within walking distance (across the street), which is very convenient in any weather. The sea is crystal clear, the pebbles are average. It is advisable to purchase rubber slippers for entering the sea.t.k. it is sharp to enter, especially when the waves. You can rent a sunbed for the price of 100 rubles all day 👍 A quiet, cozy place without entertainment, just to relax from the hustle and bustle! We liked it!

We had a vacation in September 2022 as a couple. A great hotel for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle - quiet, cozy.
The staff is very friendly!
In principle, everything that is written in the reviews is positive, everything is true!
Wi-Fi catches all over the territory - even on the beach!
The only remark about the kitchen is very little meat and fish. But delicious fresh pastries!!!
Probably the best recommendation is that in February we already booked a room for September! ))
I will add my review after the 2023 vacation.
We were with my wife at this hotel in September 2022, 2023 and will arrive this year.
I read the reviews, it feels like they are writing about some other hotel!
About water - in the first year we learned at the reception that the water in the hotel is filtered from its well.
They drank it normally, they didn't buy bottled water - everything is fine.
The cleaning was of high quality both times.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I didn't understand about the lack of parking at all! I always put the car under our balcony on the territory, we left and arrived when we needed to.
And we always leave home at 5 a.m. - the security opens the gate without any problems!
And there is an indoor heated pool!

We had a rest in October 2024. A very cozy, beautiful hotel with a beautiful territory right on the beach. The hotel has a very pleasant quiet atmosphere, very friendly staff, good food, clean rooms every day, change towels. The hotel has a wonderful massage therapist Nina, special thanks to her for the massage!!! I walked with pleasure every day, my back is like new!!!The hotel is adjacent to a well-groomed, clean beach, equipped with sun beds, showers and awnings for the guests of this hotel. We were lucky with the weather, the sea was wonderful: calm, crystal clear and warm with very beautiful colored pebbles. In the evening, you can swim in the pool. In general, I liked everything very much, we will definitely come to Dolphin again. Many thanks to the management of the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful vacation in the land of the soul!!!

The food is normal, not Turkey, of course, in terms of the number of dishes, but everything is quite edible and delicious. Meat, as for me, is not enough, and there were not enough scrambled eggs for breakfast🙈

For a cool evening, there is a warm indoor pool.
Irina, who puts the houses in order, is a very nice and pleasant woman. And he does his job perfectly!What is needed, she will bring, inform, transmit information that needs to be corrected (for example, our TV was not working – she was informed, they came, everything was done).
At the reception, they turned mainly to Alina, she also explained everything, prompted on the first day.
Of the cons: there were few of them.
We froze at night, and blankets are not provided in October) For shelter, there are large, like towels. But at the request, Irina brought us duvet covers. The blankets were in the closet.
In the dining room, the meat is mostly in carcass form, with gravy. My kids don't eat that. Fried, grilled, etc. are not there.
There was no instant coffee for several days (do not bring it to the hotel), but for 100-150 rubles. you could buy a brewed or cappuccino at the bar in the dining room.
There are squirrels on the territory, it was a very pleasant meeting with these cute creatures.
There are sun beds on the beach. You do not need to pay extra for them. The beach is only for hotel visitors, which is not often seen in Abkhazia.
Towels are provided.
Well, from the unpleasant moments:
we wanted to extend it for a day, but "on the spot" the price was announced to us by 10 thousand more. Although I clarified the day before, at the reception, the cost per day was the same for which we purchased the tour. Apparently, the owner is trying to make money) But we changed our mind about staying, hung up on the tour operator (through whom the price was normal) and went home to prepare for work and study 😊
In general, we are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. There are plans to return.

The hotel has excellent staff and staff. The food is fresh and delicious, a great choice. Fresh pastries fruit broth every day. The first vacation in Abkhazia. We chose the Dolphin Hotel near Pitsunda, in the village of Ldzaa, based on recommendations. The hotel is simply magnificent. A variety of meals according to the buffet system. The rooms are new, spacious, towels are changed every day, sun beds are free, your own beach. Price is quality. There is an indoor heated pool, fitness equipment, massage. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, birds sing like in paradise. There are many pines, magnolias, beautiful, flowering and smelling shrubs. In general, I recommend this hotel. And the sea in Ldzaa is considered the cleanest in Abkhazia.

The hotel has a beach for its guests...but the disadvantage is that the beaches in Abkhazia are public, and those who want to relax freely use the hotel's sun loungers. The hotel is beautiful, the area is fabulous. There is a parking lot, a tennis court, a playground, sun beds under a canopy on the beach, guest houses for richer people. There is one drawback – a mountain river flows nearby and when the current turns away from it towards the beach, the water becomes cool. And last year, after a heavy downpour, there was a lot of clay in the water all night. But, fortunately, it was already possible to swim in the evening. And the next day everything was clean again.

Polite and responsive girls are sitting at the reception, they will answer any questions and solve the problem if such a problem arises.
Kitchen.
The food is very tasty and fresh. Two types of side dishes, two types of soup / porridge, vegetables, salads, the whole family appreciated!) The waiters quickly take away the dirty dishes and keep the area clean. Dinner until 19:30 would be great to extend at least until 20:00.
Number. There were minor flaws in the room, but not at all critical, cleaning was carried out daily.
Sea. The beach is equipped with sun beds, the descent into the sea is a little disappointing, it will be hard without slippers. And we were unlucky with the weather, it was cloudy all day, then the waves were strong, then the garbage sailed. There were small jellyfish. There is a lack of a toilet on the beach or a changing room, girls and mothers with children would be much more comfortable)
Rotovirus has not bypassed us yet, so be careful!But this is apparently the case all over the Black Sea…
Animals: there are two dogs running around on the territory, they are very friendly and chipped, but it's a pity to look at their thinness, if suddenly they are guests of the territory, it would be nicer to see them well-fed and happy!) he can organize bowls and booths and treat fleas, I think many hotel guests would be happy to leave donates for tails at parting!)

The rating is rather 4.5. We lived from September 12 to 19, 2024 in a 2-room suite on the 1st floor, a balcony and all windows to the garden, an ideal room, we were lucky with this. The sea is transparent, clean, but the entrance is inconvenient because of the pebbles, there are pebbles in the water too, the legs get stuck, the depth is immediately 2-3 meters from the shore. Sun beds, awnings, beach towels, there were enough places. The food is, let's say, normal, like in a pretty decent Soviet canteen, that you can always find something to eat, but with food there is room to grow, this is for sure. Beautiful (small) territory, well-groomed, excellent staff, very clean, very quiet, I really liked the massage (paid 2 thousand / 30 minutes). For me personally, the disadvantage was that instead of blankets (they are not given)it is necessary to sleep under a terry sheet, as it is called. In fact, this is a rather thin large terry towel, in mid-September it was already cold to sleep under it, I had to close all the windows and sleep in the stuffiness, although I really wanted to sleep at least with the windows open and breathe the wonderful healthy air, which is really wonderful there.

July-August 2024 On the first day upon arrival at the hotel, we were disappointed with the reception. We ordered separate beds and the first floor. Booked in February. And for us at once: the second floor and a double bed. There is a sharp response to all requests; nothing can be done, we have only 5 rooms with separate beds (this is for more than 40 rooms). I barely persuaded the first floor with tears (sore legs), but with one bed. And as it turned out, we were not alone in our problem. Interestingly, with small children in a stroller, they are given the second floor, and a young married couple on the first floor with separate beds. Where is the logic? The dining room is clean and quiet, but except for apples and sliced bananas, there was a watermelon twice and that's it!.. There is a minimum of variety, everywhere there is solid mayonnaise. Lots of pastries for lunch and dinner. There is no water in the hotel."Drink from the tap or buy at the store." One of the advantages is a small but well-maintained park. The beach is 2 steps away with canopies and sun beds, which is enough for everyone. The beach is clean, the sea is also clean and transparent. The room cleaning is good, thanks to the maid Svetlana, she always managed to arrive from the beach. There is always hot water. We will not come here anymore, attention to the guests is minimal. For the first time in many years of coming to Abkhazia, we have encountered such indifference. Although the location of the hotel is very good, let's go back to our last year's hotel (we wanted to see a new one). Change the furniture or change the booking!

The place itself, nature, sea, pine trees, this is probably the best thing that can be in Pitsunda!
But, the hotel is four stars, and the prices are far from cheap, so I would like the service not like in an ordinary pioneer camp))
The floor really wasn't wiped in the rooms, and even the toilet wasn't washed, there is mold on the tile in the showers, the linen is clean, but they save on shifts))
And separately about the food, yes, a buffet, but there is no coffee machine, I was just struck by the lack of coffee, or rather it was, but instant))
There were pastries, and fresh, but very monotonous, buns made of pastry of different shapes, this is not an assortment))
The food is very cheap and very much resembles a budget dining room, you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure, in a word, food and room service for four stars do not pull at all))

The price-quality of this hotel absolutely does not match, even 3 stars does not pull. Three of the family got sick with rotavirus, and it's scary, with a temperature under 39, you can forget about doctors, there is devastation everywhere, the nearest normal pharmacy is 20 km away and it doesn't work all day! Now for the hotel: the buffet is one name, the food is terrible, monotonous, if the dish is not finished, then it will be redone for dinner, and it is better not to drink water and wine there at all, since tap water, and wine is diluted with the same water! No normal food, it's just terrible for that kind of money: sausage cheese, disgusting sausages, spoiled salads, is this the norm for 4 stars?

Были в 2019 году. Отель находится в селе, до города можно дойти минут за 30-40, но дорога так себе. Недалеко находится сосновая роща и городской пляж. Приятная чистая ухоженная территория. Выход на собственный пляж, лежаки, зонтики, пляж довольно чистый. Зашедших со стороны, персонал гоняет с лежаков. Есть крытый бассейн и небольшой тренажерный зал. Номерной фонд уставший)) еда в столовой ужасная. Можно только позавтракать более менее, обед и ужин - дешевая столовка! На территории находился небольшой гриль бар, вот там ужинали.

Просто замечательное место! Небольшая, но очень красивая территория - сосны, эвкалипт, магнолия, пальмы. Мы брали двухкомнатный люкс для двоих взрослых и двоих детей - чудесный номер!
Питание прекрасное - очень разнообразный шведский стол, интересные местные блюда, меню каждый день меняется. Всё очень свежее и вкусное. В выпечку мы все вчетвером просто влюбились )
О-о-очень доброжелательный персонал, готовы помочь с любой проблемой. Мы брали такси на дегь в Новый Афон съездить - так после обеда девушка с ресепшн позвонила водителю, чтобы узнать, почему нас до сих пор нет, всё ли в порядке. Горничные, сотрудники ресторана - всё делают быстро, аккуратно, с улыбкой.
Пляж средне-галечный, вход в воду, если босиком, очень трудный. Но мы сразу взрослым в 5 минутах от отеля купили резиновые тапочки, там в них полпляжа ходят. И сразу проблема исчезла. А дети так бегали, говорили, норм )
Пляж открыт для всех, но народу немного - мы находились между двумя городскими пляжами, которые оттягивали народ на себя.
На пляже от отеля теневые навесы и лежаки. Их могут занять пришлые, но периодически ходит сотрудник и гоняет, а у своих браслеты. С местами проблем не было.
Море чистое. За две недели один день что-то случилось, и было нашествие маленьких медуз. Но на следующий день они исчезли.
Мы в Абхазии были первый раз, поэтому столкнулись с типичным для неё энтеровирусом - все по цепочке ) неприятно, но на 1-2 дня всего, правда, мы подготовились и привезли пакет лекарств. Но если что, аптека есть, минут 10 пешком. Говорят, это бывает только первый раз, имунитет пожизненный. Обязательно проверим ) нам там очень понравилось!

Жили в 2мест люксе 26.05-2.06.2023, только вернулись.Место отличное - сосны, птицы, виды, чистое море, мягкий климат, отель чистый, ухоженный и аккуратный. Номер на 5+ всё чётко. Отделка люкса, вид на море,большой балкон и тд. Смена полотенец ежедневно, тапочки, халаты. Но не моют пол, надо мыть ежедневно чтобы свежо было в номере. И простыню с явным пятном горничная не заменила, если пятна, белье сразу менять надо, тем более белоснежное как тут. Бассейн нормальный, но сауну не включают, холодная стоит, туалет не работает, тренажёрного зала нет, пришли заниматься, стоит только стол для маленького тенниса, хотя рекламируют тренажерку. Заказали баню, протопили хорошо, но горячей воды в душе нет и мыться нельзя. Питание плохое, пересушенная курица, сосиски макароны картошка, студенческая столовка. Не соответствует отелю совсем, как и пляж -не оборудован, нет туалета, переодевалок, входа в море. Крупная тяжелая галька, детям не вариант. Дальше по берегу бесплатные дикие пляжи, мелкая галька и песок, гораздо лучше этого платного. И напротив отеля бюджетная столовая где и то лучше кормят. Шведского стола нет, много недочётов, 4* отель не отрабатывает, будем искать другие варианты люксов по побережью

There are, of course, advantages, namely:1) the sea is clean, there are few people, sun beds are free); 2) the hotel territory is well-groomed, with a beautiful park of coniferous trees; 3) daily cleaning and linen change are carried out in the rooms (thanks to the maid Lily!); 4) I would also like to mention the waitress girls, friendly and diligent. Conclusion: despite the positive moments of rest, , , there is no desire to return here again (if nothing changes).

Отель отличный, номер стандарт, Аля Турция, уборка каждый день, смена полотенец каждый день в т.ч. пляжных. Питания вкусное, выпечка 🥐 на высоте. Территория очень красивая. До моря минута. Лежаков всем хватает, бывают чужие отдыхающие, но их сотрудники отели не пускают на лежаки отеля. Бар вообще супер, сотрудники просто молодцы, кухня в баре очень понравилась. Ещё в отеле есть массажистка- специалист своего дела- рекомендую. И вообще рекомендую этот отель

Отличный отель. Неплохие номера, чисто, смена полотенец каждый день, бельё меняют каждые 3 дня, в номере, халаты, тапочки, холодильник. Питание приличное (если не привередничать) кофе, правда, растворимый (кофемашины нет), но платно варят кофе по восточному. Из минусов: если приехали позже окончания ужина, не накормят и если выезжаешь на экскурсии пораньше, тоже не предусмотрены ланч боксы. Кулеров с водой так же нет (воду нужно покупать бутилированную). Территория небольшая, но очень уютная, пляж чистый, оборудован лежаками и навесами. До Пицунды на маршрутке минут 10-15. Из развлечений - ничего (возможно были не в сезон). Цены, в основном, московские, оплата наличными или переводом. В общем, отель неплохой, место тоже (если ехать за спокойным отдыхом). Отдыхали во второй половине сентября 2022

Отдыхали 20.06-01.07.
Всё понравилось. Персонал приветливый, номер чистый, уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. Ухоженная территория. Бар у пляжа. Крытый бассейн в котором можно поплавать (лягушатника нет, бассейн глубокий). Питание, если не привередничать, вполне годное. Вкусная выпечка. Вайфай с приемлемой скоростью.
Из явных недостатков- маленькая сушилка на балконе и санузел в номере с одной тусклой
лампочкой посередине потолка. Бриться приходилось практически наощупь.
Место достаточно тихое. Для спокойного пляжного отдыха. От границы ехать примерно час (индивидуальный трансфер).
Цена вполне соответствует качеству.

Были в майские праздники 2022 года. Трансфер от аэропорта 3000₽, это очень дорого. Нам повезло, что мой друг Артур довез по братски.
Номера стандарт без излишеств, но все самое необходимое имеется. Хороший вид с балкона на горы и море. Трехразовое питание: все просто, но вкусно. На ужин сухое вино, сколько хочешь. В стоимость входит крытый бассейн с подогревом. В двух километрах где Мраморный замок имеется 6 волейбольных площадок. До Пицунды пешком 20 минут. Нам не повезло с погодой немного. Мы классно коротали время за игрой в нарды и в гриль-баре на берегу.
И ещё: местные ребята ловят ставридку с пирса, мы подошли, познакомились, они дали моей супруге удочку, она за 10 минут наловила полведра. Она была счастлива и тоже. Тут пожарили в ресторане (повара поблагодарили 500₽).
Пляж не совсем ухожен.
Много дельфинов около берега, интересно за ними наблюдать.
Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый.
Про природу говорить бессмысленно, слов не подобрать, очень красиво.
Единственное - удручает общая разруха в Абхазии. Пора бы навести порядок, все отремонтировать.

Прекрасное расположение у моря, первая полоса. Красивейшая ухоженная и охраняемая территория. Wi-Fi ловит даже на пляже. Персонал максимально доброжелателен. Заявленное "всё включено" символично: кофе варят за деньги, алкоголь подают только в обед, остальное за оплату. Если вы хотите спокойного отдыха вдали от суеты это место идеально подходит как рекомендация.

Отличный отель, остановились там на 2 ночи. Отель работает по системе всё включено, т.е. завтрак, обед и ужин по системе шведский стол. Готовят очень вкусно, всё что ел, хотелось ещё раз по второму кругу съесть :). Большая территория, прямо около моря, выходишь с территории и попадаешь на пляж, а в номере лежишь и слышишь как волнуется море. Кайф? Кайф! Хотя я из Адлера, и всё равно море волнует меня :). Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, правда когда праздновали закрытие сезона меня не позвали :))) шучу. Мы отдыхали с 30 октября (мы это я жена и двое детей) выбор пал из за крытого отпливаемого бассейна, и не прогодал. На втором этаже есть спортзал. Отдахнули очень хорошо, ни капли не пожалел о выборе. А да, пожалуй был один минус это неудобная раскладушка, лежать не удобно на ней, и всё. Wi Fi ловит везде и в номере и на территории, довольно шустрый интернет. Рекомендую отель Дельфин.

Отличный отель. Провели 2 недели на ура. Шведский стол( у детей все было хорошо с животиками), детская площадка, кафе на территории с видом на море))
