My favorite hotel in Minsk! We have been staying there in a chalet for 5 years in a row. Of the disadvantages, only a small parking lot. The rest is just a plus!

We lived 3 nights in a suite, we liked everything, good hot water pressure, excellent mattress, breakfasts to choose from, towels are changed every day, the place is quiet, within walking distance of a park and several supermarkets, its own closed Parking. We didn't find any disadvantages, a good hotel, if we stay in Minsk again.

It's a little far from the center. Very carefully. There were bathrobes and slippers, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator in the room. A gorgeous bathtub. The kitchen is for everyone. Breakfast is made to order. Awesome. The cook is individual. Coffee is any kind, from espresso to moccaccino. In general, we are very satisfied.

A huge toilet room, a Jacuzzi-type bathtub, but it takes 2 hours to fill it, we washed under the shower. Of the cons, we lived for 5 days, did not clean more than once, there was no sink and faucet in the kitchen, the dishes were washed in the bathroom, it was inconvenient. The staff is very friendly, Natasha gave us coffee on arrival, took things, a very positive girl, she also saw us off, respect-)))

A great holiday home. We rented a Chalet house. Perfectly clean, comfortable, to accommodate 4 guests. The house is equipped with everything you need. There is a supermarket nearby, 15 minutes by car or metro to the center. I highly recommend it.

Initially, we booked a room in DOM15, but the room was not vacated and we were accommodated in DOM18. The room turned out to be larger and with a kitchen, there was nothing to pay extra.
The room is very spacious, some apartments are smaller :)) clean, cozy. Entrance hall, small kitchen, very large bathroom and bedroom.
In the kitchen there is a cooler with water, a kettle, a microwave, dishes, a refrigerator.
The bathroom has a choice of shower and bathtub. Lots of towels, slippers, bathrobes, shampoo, gels, toothpaste.
The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, work desk, coffee table, wardrobe.
The house is located on a quiet street, so there is no noise at night.
Within walking distance of the park, supermarkets Victoria and Green Maple, Malinovka metro station.
We had breakfast included in the price, which is prepared at the required time. There are six types of breakfasts to choose from, the cook prepares and immediately on the table :)
The staff is friendly, they will help and answer. And we had a pleasant conversation with the cook during breakfast ☺️
In general, we rested comfortably and with all the amenities!
One of the most pleasant hotels during our trip to Belarus.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Everything is clean and tidy. The house has a fully equipped shared kitchen. We didn't cook, but we drank tea/coffee)) Breakfast was paid for separately, everything is very tasty, homemade.

The rooms are clean, the receptionists are friendly. Breakfasts need to be paid separately- our family ate by ourselves, and therefore the entrance to the kitchen was almost closed in the morning, the woman cooking breakfast spoke rudely and reluctantly. Just because of this, the whole mood was ruined every morning. The service is lame, but the rest is great!

I tried to order a sauna a month before the desired date. At first, the girl dissuaded from booking for such a period, explaining what can be ordered in a week. Adding that prepayment is absolutely not necessary. I asked to book, but a young man picked up the phone and said: "I need 100% prepayment, are you ready to make it now?". The situation seemed strange to me and alerted me. After such an incomprehensible communication, an unpleasant aftertaste remained!

We booked 2 rooms almost a month before the visit. The hotel has confirmed the reservation. As a result, when we arrived, it suddenly turned out that one of the two rooms was occupied by other people, and they left only the next day. To the question of how it happened that the booked room was occupied, there was no clear answer. At the same time, they offered to move into another room for 1 day, and only then drag all the things to their reserved room in the middle of the day (check-out at 12, and check-in at 14 o'clock). The offer to stay in another room for the entire time was refused. No discounts were offered for such shoals of them. The principle is this: if you don't like how the owner wants, go wherever you want. As a result, we booked 2 good apartments in the city center and cheaper than this mountain hotel. I do not recommend it. There are no guarantees of getting a good rest.

The rooms are great. The house is cozy, the children's room is perfect. I would like to note that they took a family suite with two rooms, checked in with the words "Wait, I see you, I'm busy" at that moment there was a baby and two more children tired from the road. They were quickly escorted to the room and left. If the room is a suite, then the family of course comes with certain requirements and I would like not to read the brochure in the room but to hear all the privileges from the administrator. Especially the washing machine (with small children). The next day we went for a walk in Minsk, the bathroom was not cleaned. They took out the garbage themselves, went for garbage bags themselves, went down for toilet paper themselves (it seems to be a trifle, but it says in the brochure that cleaning of bathrooms is daily). We wanted to use the barbecue, as it is indicated that it is included in the accommodation, we could not, as it is constantly booked. We came for a couple of days with three children to relax, there is no time to run from the bottom up, all the free time is occupied by children. Therefore, upon arrival from a walk, I wanted to relax, there is a barbecue under the windows, in which something is constantly fried, smoke goes into the windows, the smell of ignition and smoke in the children's room, children with asthma (immediately coughing and sneezing). Going to the kitchen in the morning is hard labor. An employee prepares breakfast for guests who have breakfast included in the bill. We have no breakfast! To take something for cooking porridge is a whole story. YES, NO, raise your head, what can't you see!!!!!without a smile, they rudely answer where everything lies. The service is UGLY! Only for the room +++. IT FEELS LIKE we came to relax for free!!!!!!!

We rented a suite for a day.
The room is pleasant, clean, with good furniture and a bed. But there are also disadvantages:
1. 4 tea bags in a suite designed for 4 people?)) very generous.
2. Chicory instead of coffee
3. Furniture with cobwebs on the adjacent terrace
4. There is a washing machine, but there is no powder, or at least one or two capsules for it.
+ a strange breakfast policy, they are included in the rooms of a lower category, and in the suite you need to pay extra separately.
You can't order breakfast by phone either.
The receptionist says - go to the next house and order there.
In general, the room is excellent, but the service could be improved.

the owner, in my opinion, needs to visit the house more often himself, because, apparently, the staff does not particularly care about cleanliness in the rooms. The old grease on the kitchen table in the suite, the hair on the bathroom floor - well, that's too much...
and the water pressure on the upper floors during rush hour is bad.

A great guest house! I stayed there with my family recently, a cozy room, friendly hosts. There is parking for a car in the courtyard, there is a sauna and a barbecue gazebo for relaxing on the territory. Inside there is a spacious kitchen, there is a separate room with toys for children. There are two large Vitalure shops within walking distance, not far away there is a large park where you can walk in the evening.
