Thank you all, I liked everything.
We rented a room of 125 sq.m., it does not have a swimming pool, but it can accommodate a large company. It looks like the house was once someone's personal, the layout is strange in the end by numbers, but you can see what they did for themselves, for life, good expensive repairs, furniture. We felt very comfortable, close to the center, near the park, you can walk with the children.
One of the disadvantages is that since our bedroom was once a dining-living room, it is not provided to close the curtains from the light at night. And the trouble with all the places where they lived in Belarus is that there is no kondey. Well, is it really impossible to install an air conditioner for 11 thousand per night? The question is rhetorical, of course...

Cozy and clean rooms, sauna, kitchen (all at home), courteous staff. The surrounding area promotes relaxation of body and soul: an orchard, manicured lawns, flower beds, gazebos, barbecues, swings, a trampoline for children in season. Everything is fine!

We booked a chalet room on the island from September 27-29 , we also bought tickets from Moscow to Minsk , when making an advance payment, the administrator said that it was impossible to provide accommodation without explaining the reasons. And that all the rooms are sold out . I do not recommend contacting these people. There are some bad people among the good hospitable Belarusians.....

We stayed here during our visit to Minsk. An incredibly huge, beautiful house. We rented a room with a pool in the basement. Who is not afraid of humidity and a faint smell of chlorine- rent safely. The pool is huge, illuminated, circulates like every 3 hours. At your disposal are dishes, appliances, delicious water in a barrel with a pump, a sauna and interesting breakfasts, a gazebo with a barbecue (paid separately), Parking for 3+ cars. There is a kettle and a microwave in the hallway. The administration is sitting across the street, in building 15. Very responsive people. A loyal payment system. There are a lot of different food delivery points around. Yandex Delivery does not work, but Yandex food offers a huge selection. You will be surprised that a Slav will bring everything. In my experience, now, I do not advise ordering a doner / shawarma / shawarma there. House 18 is recommended, thanks to the staff. Very pleasant memories!

A lovely hotel near the metro. A room with its own bathroom for 101 Br per day. The room is spacious, the bathroom has hygiene products - shampoos, toothpaste, creams, etc. A normal professional hair dryer, not these fuckers, with which only a bald spot can be warmed. Excellent WiFi. Sockets next to the bed. The price included breakfast, very tasty, with a choice of several dishes on the menu. You can make tea and coffee in the kitchen at any time. You can also warm up your food. There is a closed parking on site.

We stayed here for the sake of the pool in the room, we wanted to surprise the children, we succeeded) And they had never lived in anything like this before. A couple of days was enough). Of course, this is far from the city center, but the area is nice, green, a 15-minute walk from the Malinovka metro station, a 15-minute drive to the center.

We stopped at the 18th house, we are 9 adults, the kitchen is communal, 2 floors and a basement, how so, it is unclear, respectively, the trouble with the dishes is complete 2 small saucepans and one something like a saucepan where everything sticks, they gave another pan, but it was early in the morning to put her on, because they prepare paid breakfasts while milking others) personally, there was no TV in my room with my husband, although there are all sockets, they brought it from the kitchen, said to put it back immediately, because it won't work for us anyway)))
The sheets were given, one with a hole, the pillows were already in the pillowcases, as well as the blankets in the duvet covers were not lying on the bed as they should be, but in the linen closet on the shelf and it was very unclear whether someone had slept on them before nis or not.
No one cleaned the rooms for 3 days, the garbage was brought in by themselves.
We took off the sauna for 2 hours, the result was o6a warmed up max by 90 degrees and after half an hour it was exactly 70!!!!and so it went downhill, in a word, money is wasted.
Speaking of money, they tried to count 1/30 for us at the rate of 1/27.3 referring to some commissions when transferring))), but it seems our men decided everything there, you can't sit in the gazebo after 22.00 and roast meat too, they bought their own coals, although there was firewood, well, somehow)

We finally stayed in this guest house, in a room with a swimming pool and a sauna. Everything was told and shown, the staff and owners are always in touch if there are any questions, but this "option" was not needed, everything was super. Wi-Fi works well, the sauna is excellent in temperature, not crowded, and of course, the pool is in the ROOM!))with a hydro massage even. Did not regret, in general, the time spent) I will definitely stay there again, but in the next house, on the 15th. It's also a pretty interesting place to stay, but more on that later when I get there.

We lived in an 18-suite house with a swimming pool, everything was fine except - dishes and appliances are dirty, the shower is all in mold, the pool is dirty and in mold! There is one wish, to put a candle in the bedroom, there is not enough air, since the ground floor.

A controversial feeling, on the one hand, the "room", if you can call the whole floor of the mansion that way, is gorgeous. The first one can get lost. All the necessary household items are in place. The breakfast is delicious, homemade.
On the other hand, we were accommodated in the wrong room that we booked (at best, yes), there were difficulties with paying with a card, although in the end it turned out.
The location, if you are without a car, will make you tense up - it is far from the metro. Of course, there will be no such problem with the car.
In general, I recommend it. But you have to be prepared for nuances that are not disadvantages.
