The House of Culture is very good. But there is so much garbage behind the house of culture in the square that I want to buy rockets for the hospital and urge people walking past the garbage so that we clean up everything together. Public utilities do not appear there at all, people sit in the trash, walk around by themselves. Horror. Nizhny Novgorod is ennobling the city, and the Khartsyzeans are throwing garbage at it. It's sad and embarrassing.

The Palace of Culture of Khartsyzsk has choreographic groups and a theater group, there is a cinema that is aimed at an audience of different ages. Festive concerts are held in the palace for many holidays. A place loved by many Khartsyzans.

Beautifully restored, next to the boulevard with high-quality shops and a fountain has been restored (well, restored, built anew!) there is now a place to walk with children, thanks to Nizhny Novgorod!!!
