I live in Gomel, there was no opportunity to come personally and choose the material from which the door was made. I ordered an entrance door to a private house via the Internet on December 26. They offered many finishing options. The door is expensive, I liked the fact that they give installments. In Gomel, installments are not provided through the store, and running through banks to issue installment cards is another hemorrhoid. I did not particularly count on beauty (I have already encountered interior doors and window installations, issues had to be resolved through the court, deception, stress ... and the rest). The door layout was dropped on two sides via Viber. So wait for what they bring. The door was delivered on time (the production time is 20 working days), when they began to unload it, I was just amazed, I did not expect such beauty, positive emotions "beat" over the edge. Special thanks to the delivery service, the door is very heavy, they helped to bring it in and put it in the room. I don't advise anyone to order doors in this organization, I can't say anything against the quality of the doors, it's good, but the attitude towards you as a customer is terrible, if you have any problem after installation, then you won't get any solution from them, they don't pick up the phone, if someone answers, they say that all questions are to the director, and the director is never in the office. It's better to look at the doors in another company, save your nerves.

I was looking for double-leaf doors where I can buy, but unfortunately we have a poor choice, then under a tree, then some kind of collective farm, while for such money as if I bought a car, I found the company "House on the rock", they have almost no choice on the site, this is certainly not very, with their potential they could have done it, the door was made to order in the color I wanted and the pattern, the door is strong, no questions asked, thick as I wanted, less money came out than planned.

We ordered an entrance metal door.
The model and color of the door, both the outer and inner sides, were discussed with the measurer. He said that they would do as we want, everything was written in the contract.
We waited for the door for more than the specified period, but that's okay.
We came to install it, but the door is not the same at all. The color of the door is not the same, the interior did not correspond to our agreements. No one answered the phone.
We decided to make concessions to the company and installed the door that was brought.
A few days later, the company got in touch. According to phone calls, the company claims that the cost of the door is the same as what we ordered. But it's much simpler, so I'm not sure if the cost is the same.
As a result, the overall impression is negative.
You pay for one thing, they bring another.
I don't plan to order anything else from them.
