To be honest, it's a complete failure.
It feels like the masters are working for the first time. Everything was installed extremely poorly: one of the frames is so curved that when closed, you can insert your little finger into the slot.
In terms of service and answering calls, there are constant refusals, ignoring and non—fulfillment of basic promises.
If you want to save your nerves, contact another company. With this approach to work, it is easier and more reliable to install the balcony yourself.

Terrible quality of window installation, arrived at 16.00 left at 23.45, changed 2 windows. During the dismantling, an iron visor was dropped from the sixth floor, no one was injured and the windows of the neighbors were not broken. They broke the new glass, forgot the spare parts for the windows, forgot the storm drain. We waited a couple of days until we arrived, replaced the glass. Management is not interested in customers, given the competition in this market.

Отвратительно, больше не обращусь!!!
Компания не заинтересована в своих клиентах!!! Неоднократно переносилась встреча с замерщиком, входила в положение, и по итогу с монтажом история повторяется.
Отвратительный сервис, что очень странно при такой конкуренции.
