Well, what can I say, for Gudauta, the hotel is gorgeous. Of the advantages, it is clean, pleasantly located on the territory, palm trees, benches, everything is neat, very close to the sea, 2 minutes walk. We had breakfast and dinner paid for. Breakfasts are monotonous, the same thing every day, porridge, cucumbers, tomatoes, 2 types of sausage, 1 type of cheese, pancakes, fried eggs were 1 time in 5 days, coffee pele, tea, too, do not understand that, dinner is also very mediocre, salads, pasta and cutlets, you can live, but with such the menu...not for long))) For 5 days, the rooms have not been cleaned once, the TV shows 5 channels, of which only 1 is transliterated with a normal picture, the remaining 4 channels practically do not show. There are cafes near the hotel, metal booths, where something is cooked, by the way, they cook delicious, but in the unsanitary conditions I caught a rotovirus infection there. There are sunbeds on the beach, very few people, but a lot of friendly dogs and cows. In general, the result is this, the hotel itself is normal, but everything that is nearby ..... a hole is a hole, there is nowhere even to walk in the evening. A huge plus, in the season you can comfortably sit on the beach, there are very few people compared to our beaches.

We had a vacation with my wife in July 2022. I really liked the design of the territory, right in the arboretum garden. It is 70-80 meters from the water's edge on the beach. The food is complex, but tasty and sufficient. The rooms for the housekeeper are large enough and equipped with everything necessary. By the end of the tour period, the staff had become almost native. The only disadvantage is the road to the beach and a cafe nearby, along which local youth like to ride on the afterburner of the engine until late at night (or early in the morning)

For breakfast, cold scrambled eggs, cold omelette, cold sausages that are impossible to eat every day. We are vacationing in Abkhazia from 12.08 23. This is the first time in this 'hospitable country'. The hotel was chosen through a travel agent, reviews were studied.Everything seems to be fine.But now I realized that you can't trust reviews until you check it yourself! Our flight was delayed for 2 hours, of course, and we arrived 2 hours later.At the airport, we found our so-called guide meeting us, who should provide us with a transfer. When we approached this very "hospitable bazaar woman", we realized that we would have to wait another 2-3 hours for the transfer until there were extra seats on other buses.To our indignation, she replied that she would not listen to our complaints and left altogether. Well, okay, this is a minus for the tour operator.By the hotel itself:Solid 2*. Of the positive things, only the beautiful, clean, warm sea, which is located 100 m from the hotel and the food in the dining room (but this is only the merit of the chefs).They didn't stay hungry.The rest is just solid disadvantages: there is no cleaning in the rooms, the bed and towels were changed only after they asked the administrator for the 7th day. And the fact that the bed was brought, but they didn't even deign to change it, she changed it herself).It turns out that they also have problems with the bed and towels, not enough for everyone.
Why the hotel declares on the website that there are soap accessories, I do not know, Yes, they were 1 piece of soap, shampoo and gel, but only upon check-in. So take it with you.The room seems to be freshly renovated, but the furniture is very poor.There is no comfort.There are no towels for the beach either.The beach is private, there are free sun beds, canopies.But packs of dogs roam the beach, swim in the sea, eat and immediately shit.
But the most unpleasant thing is the dining room!There are always not enough dishes, trays, spoons and forks.They don't clean the tables, you have to wipe yourself) Dirty dishes on trays (which are also always missing) need to be cleaned yourself (you claim that you have a restaurant!).The floors in the dining room are always dirty and sticky.The dishes are washed with your hands, so after one, the plate is dirty.A question for the hotel owner? Is it really impossible to buy more dishes, put at least one more cooler for boiling water and buy an industrial dishwasher for such money that you charge for vouchers?And train the staff how to clean the dining room?But on the doors at the entrance to the dining room, you did not forget to write how to deal with rotovirus, which has affected almost the entire hotel!
In short, in order to reach 4 *, you still have to work and work.The price does not match the quality at all.Saving on everything.In decent hotels, bottled water is brought to the rooms, and you need to go to the bartender for it and pour it from the only cooler and only into a cup. And God forbid to pour it into a 0.5 l bottle - you will hear everything that you did not know about yourself.We did not feel any Abkhazian hospitality in this hotel.The most important thing is to get the money and forget about the tourists.We will never come to Abkhazia again!

The dining room is small, but there is no service at all, the dishes must be cleaned, the choice of food is not large, you can not go to the dining room with alcohol, only pour and drink there, beer is good, wine is only one option, there are no seasonal fruits except melons, no greens, pepper, only tomato slices and slices cucumber. They save on everything . From 15 to 16 o'clock snacks are a shame, one chicken wing and sauce, fries finished in 15 minutes, bread as well. The hygiene kit in the room is issued only once upon arrival, there are no beach towels, you wear the sunbeds yourself. The territory is small and there is very little greenery. I was very disappointed on the first day. Does not match the price.

But the fact that this woman does not clean the room, who runs around and she has no time forever, neither towels nor linen have been changed, although I asked. During that time, she was ill with rotovirus in a severe form. There were stray puppies on the beach, cows and piles of them behind the hotel, but it didn't bother me, I knew where I was going, to the village, this is a village, what to expect there. The sea is clean, the coast is gorgeous. But this is the wilderness, for a relaxing holiday, the most important thing, I would come back if the room cleaning was improved!!!! Especially with children, I want cleanliness. We were in 2022, in August.

The staff is good, but the hotel administration decided in the middle of the holiday that vacationers no longer need sun loungers. The food didn't seem to be bad, but it was monotonous and getting worse every day. We were counting the days when we would go home. Poisoned, it is not clear whether the sea, where there is a waste drain near the beach, or a dining room. But the whole impression of Abkhazia is spoiled, we will not go here anymore.

A cozy hotel, next to the sea - 5 minutes on foot without hurrying. The dining room is large, they cook for 4, delicious. The staff is helpful. I really liked the green area, even strawberries are growing. The rooms are large and comfortable. Children on the 2nd floor of the dining room are shown cartoons on the big screen. I had a rest at the Apsny boarding house in the second half of June 2021. The territory is small, but cozy and well maintained. The helpful staff is always ready to help. The kitchen is homemade, the chefs try very hard to make their dishes like the guests. There are private sector houses nearby where you can buy vegetables, fruits, and order ready-made meat and fish dishes. The sea is always beautiful. * It would also be nice to hang Milan's room on the door, because it is difficult to find her, neither to take a tour nor to sign up, but someone I saw arrived in the evening could not check in, they were looking for at least someone
* the Rotovirus is really a problem - the walls in the hotel are thin, I heard how bad it was for my neighbors, I thought they would spit out their guts - tin in general (I got sick myself, but fortunately in a mild form)
* The guy with glasses Denis is a great fellow, he does almost everything and before leaving he helped me out a lot, took me to the transfer minibus to the main highway, because that minibus driver did not know how to get to the hotel
