Like everything in Abkhazia, it seems to be clean, but not quite. The yard is good for the arrival of a car, but not for rest. The road to the sea past the cemetery on cow poop. There's not a decent cafe nearby. If the quality of your vacation is important to you, then Abkhazia is not yours, it is not very clean everywhere, and the food has become noticeably worse.

A nice and cozy holiday home. A couple of minutes walk to the sea, slowly. The owners are sympathetic, good-natured people.
