The hotel itself is normal, everything is modern. The rooms are beautiful, but our room sometimes smelled of sewage. 😬 We also need to work on the service and service, breakfast and lunch were waiting for half an hour. To be honest, the food is not varied, then pasta with gravy, then rice with gravy 😄 for breakfast, the same porridge and omelette. They brought rice porridge, and there is half a cup of liquid and rice itself at the bottom. In the morning they bring bread and rolls, but they are dried up. Unfortunately, they do not give anything for lunch, you have to order yourself for a fee.

We were looking for a recreation area, as we were traveling from Almaty to Astana and needed to stop at Balkhash for 3 days. The reservation was made earlier, they asked for a 50% prepayment, and they paid.
1) As soon as we left, we had to unload with things in the reception, they said check-in is strictly prohibited on the territory, dragged things from the parking lot to the opposite. Only later did they see the guards at the gate, after talking, I learned that it was still possible to stop by for unloading and loading (the impression is that people in the respawn are from another planet);
2) Breakfast and lunch is a quest to grab something and eat;
3) The rooms are so-so;
4) I would like to note their loyalty card separately, you can only throw money there rounded up, and no one will give you the rest (here the Prosecutor's Office needs to come with a check, for legality and infringement of consumer rights) ;
5) The price does not correspond to the service provided, at least 2 times too high (the price is both in Astana and Almaty)
The impression leaves much to be desired, we are still a long way from the Turkish service.
