It's a good hostel, the rooms are comfortable. The only thing that is not encouraging is the price increase. It used to be 15/day, now it's 22/day. And so, clean, well-groomed, everything is within walking distance.
It used to be much cheaper, now prices are also affordable, but still, if the price increases, there must be reasons such as improved living conditions, etc. It's too bad that there are no washing machines. The refrigerator wasn't working properly. But the staff is helpful.
Excellent service, polite security guards, everything you need is in the room (except for clothes and food, you don't need to take anything with you), the price for accommodation is generally adequate. If they accept, I will only stay here.
An inconspicuous and poorly advertised place. However, this is the cheapest housing in Minsk. From 15 to 50 rubles (the last one is a VIP room with a separate shower and a kitchen for 2.4 people). 2 showers and 2 toilets per floor. Some rooms have their own refrigerator. The beds are simple. Sometimes wooden, sometimes with a metal mesh under the mattress. Many of the blinds on the windows are worn out. But it is possible to spend the night in principle. The comfort is minimal. The only thing that is very annoying is the endless cry of seagulls. Even moving trains is not as unnerving as seagulls. Payment is only by r/c, it is possible at the post office nearby. It is not easy to get there - 18 min walk to the metro. Taxi drivers do not always like this place, because the road that Yandex offers is sometimes blocked by a barrier for trains. Which they have manually ))). Once we waited 10 minutes for trains to pass by taxi. So it is better to go through the railway bridge to Chkalov and there on foot, by bus or scooter.
One of the undoubted advantages is the low cost for decent conditions. Rooms for two people. There are rooms with a refrigerator, there are rooms without. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave and electric stoves. The shower and toilet are shared. In principle, you can get used to the noise of locomotives and round-the-clock negotiations of dispatchers. I took off one star for the lack of a washing machine.
The location is not bad, the staff is polite and humane. I have lived there many times and never had any problems. If you also remember the cost of renting a bed, then in general life plays with other colors. The maximum recommendation for anyone who wants to live in adequate conditions and is not tempted by the delights of Turkish or Egyptian hotels)
