The place is fascinating, I want to look in, explore everything, but everything is fenced off. The nature is magnificent, the sea is within walking distance and everything is abandoned! It must have been a wonderful pioneer camp. Why won't anyone restore it???What are the authorities thinking about?

It's sad to see that. In 82 or 83, I was there in a pioneer camp. Dad got a ticket at the factory. They brought us a whole train from Ordzhonikidze. From the station by bus. We took them to the monkey nursery for an excursion. It was fun to stand on the ruler, and at this time the plane takes off on the afterburner. I can't hear anything. We went to the airfield to see how the planes were landing. It's a pity that everything went like that.

The grandfather - guard stood nearby, repaired his zhiguli, invited him for a walk, told about this former pioneer camp, and later a sanatorium. There are few places for walking in Gudauta, it is the main attraction, especially near the embankment and the avenue of eucalyptus trees. It breathes amazing, mosquitoes, however, are stuck. The dogs are very kind there, lying in the shade, hiding from the heat. There are a lot of abandoned buildings, sanatoriums, remnants of the past in Abkhazia, it's a pity that no one ennobles… The place is breathtaking.
