The nature is wonderful. As the Abkhazians say, four useful airs are combined here: sea, river, mountain and pine. The food in the dining room is delicious. There is always something meat, fruits and vegetables. I was pleased with the local dishes in the dining room and the relatively good wi-fi in the room. No one was left hungry. The locals seem to be trying. They are running around in the dining room, bringing something and taking it away. The cafe on the beach was also pleased. I will definitely come back!!! Now, why did I put 4 instead of 5? It's still a long way from the sea. Because of the mountain river, the water in the sea is layered, sometimes icy, sometimes warm (maybe this contrast is useful- you need to check with specialists). There is no pharmacy, disco, etc. nearby.

We were there in September 2021. Rooms of various comfort, renovated and without renovation. The buffet food is not bad. The beach is 1-1.5 km away, the beaches are large, pebbly. Beautiful nature, lots of greenery, more than on the skirt. Gagra is nearby. There are many excursions.There are no shops nearby. It's a steep climb, but there is an elevator, you can run along the rise. I have good memories.

We had a summer vacation in June 2024 (we went to a competition with a team). The place is nice, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious. The place is not bad in general, at the expense of repairs, it is not very good here: different names are scratched on the bedside tables, railings and many other places, for example: Alice Ivanova 2005, the bed linen is not comfortable and like paper, it was obviously washed many times, the ceiling collapsed on the bed in our room, not much stuff woke up The Turk. We had a rest from September 3 to September 14. Like it. Very. Check-in is excellent, the reception is very friendly girls, the room is renovated, everything is new, the room was cleaned every day. All our wishes were taken into account-a clothes dryer was provided. The dining room is a five-plus. Everything is delicious, just like at home. there was enough food, if something was running out, they brought it quickly, everything was hot. Well done. We rested here for 2 years in a row with children, the food is excellent, the dining room is always clean, there are no foreign smells.The guests are greeted by a friendly receptionist and waitress girls, always polite and neat. We lived in a suite on the 10th floor, good repair, WiFi, the view from the window is gorgeous. The cleaning is not very good. Animator Katya did a great job, she coped well with children of different ages, occupied children both on the beach and in the playroom. The closed area of the beach, umbrellas and sun beds are free, there are changing rooms, showers and toilets. the beach is stone-sandy, the sea is clean. There is a cafe, WiFi. There is an opportunity to ride on saps, cheesecake and banana. There is an opportunity to go on various excursions from the hotel. We are happy with the rest, we will come again.

The location is unique.Even Stalin built himself a cottage here (one of his favorites), it is slightly higher than the hotel.That's saying something.The hotel building is very old, but it has been renovated.The rooms are decent.It is positioned as 2 stars.You can see from the photo that it is surrounded by greenery.It's a shame that only all the trees are suffocated by creeping parasites.It's beautiful, but it doesn't seem harmless to these trees.Such beauty must be protected and maintained.10 minutes walk to the sea.there is an elevator from the mountain.There are sun beds, a shower and a toilet on the beach.The beach is pebbly, like almost everywhere in Abkhazia.The sea is clear, although a mountain river flows into this place.

I had a rest in the fall of 2023. The holiday home is built on a site carved into the mountain, the noise of the roads does not reach.all Windows overlook the sea, the view is incomparable, the territory is spacious, clean, without frills and bells and whistles. Stalin's dacha is higher up the road, and they wouldn't have chosen a bad place for him to rest. If you don't know that you are in Abkhazia, you might think that you are in Corfu. Farther. There is a cafe on the site, music. The room is ordinary, as in all 2**, since Soviet times, although repairs have been made. The dining room is spacious, there is no queue, a varied selection of dishes. You have to stop yourself from overeating. It's bad that fruits can't be taken out, as everywhere else, however, and they are eaten some time before a meal or 30 minutes after. You're not going to sit and wait for 30 minutes. You can go down/up to the sea by road or by elevator, they are new. It's slippery in the passage to the elevator! There are sun beds, umbrellas, toilets, showers, changing rooms, three cafes, a fruit tent on the beach for vacationers. A huge pine tree, so there is also a natural shade. Along the shore. You can walk to the White Cliffs. Of course, the pebbles are like everywhere else, but it's also useful to walk on them
More useful, at 7 o'clock morning gymnastics on the beach of the lower boarding house, there is also a massage room. There are new billiard tables in the recreation house, and a table tennis table on the 1st floor. Result. The food is buffet style, everything is delicious, the music in the dining room is from Kristinskaya and Toto Cutugno to the modern ones. Private access to a private beach. Pleasant memories are associated with Sunny, we were there before the renovation, the rooms were not very good, now it's probably much better. The food is acceptable, the buffet is monotonous, but you can eat. Nature is just incredibly beautiful, a riot of vegetation and colors, you can walk to Stalin's dacha, fireflies fly in the evening. The road to the beach is certainly interesting, we go down the mountain by elevator in the rock, then across the bridge and onto the beach, the beach is good, wide, but next to the river, it is better to move away from it. There are no shops or markets nearby, but it's close to the border, no problems catching a car and getting there inexpensively, you just have to bargain.

We went to the rest house, talked to people. The view from the windows is crazy in a good way. The territory is large, the elevator with the feeling of being sent to another dimension is a little tense, but you can also walk to the building under eucalyptus and cypress trees, the air is awesome. We had a rest in the Holiday Home "Solnechny" for two years in a row. We lived in old rooms and renovated. I liked it everywhere. The staff is polite and attentive. Cleaning daily, changing towels constantly. Beautiful new elevators both in the building and on the way down to the beach. A huge territory is buried in relict pines, larches, firs - you can list and list ... The beach is clean, the cafe at the beach is ready to feed and water guests from morning to night! There are sun beds and umbrellas (free option), but I went to the white rocks at the end of the rest, the water is cleaner and warmer there and not so crowded.

Tver city. We have been coming to this hotel for several years (5 years). A very wonderful holiday home. Delicious home cooking, pastries are just a luxury. Wonderful administrators, special thanks to Deputy Director Natalia! He copes with his duties perfectly, solves issues quickly. The rooms are decent. We lived in room 618 in 2024. The cleaning is thorough, towels are changed frequently and bed linen.
But I would really like to have a pool! Especially in a storm. Many thanks to the director!

We live on the 6th floor without renovation, but that's why we live here. I hope that after the repairs they will keep affordable prices for economy class. we rested in August 2024, we liked the food, but only the first week, it is monotonous and often you need to finish what was left yesterday. Rotavirus is going around, but it seems to me everywhere...The staff is good, but the rooms are poorly cleaned, I washed the floors myself. It's a little expensive for such conditions. And the most terrible thing is the music until 11 o'clock at night, and in some kind of processing and not local. The children couldn't sleep. We definitely won't come again.

Good afternoon, we returned from Abkhazia the day before yesterday! we were in sunny with my wife for a week, everything is fine, everything was fine at the hotel in 2006. since that time, the hotel has been transformed, a new hotel director has appeared, an excellent attentive person, kind and apparently very competent in this area, has already made some rooms completely redone, renovated the rooms, changed all the elevators, the buffet kitchen was put in order! The staff is local, almost all of them are good.... Kind and helpful people attentive courteous wonderful in the kitchen, the elder Dmitry liked it very much, polite attentive with children, joking will help you choose food, the staff on the beach is also great guys, wonderful people, thank you all for the warm welcome and good luck to you guys in your work!!! That's just of course there was one unpleasant moment, this is a strange masseur, well, I won't talk about the bad, it's just not nice that the locals treat the guests of the boarding house better than our fellow countrymen, well, I think that the director will either correct his behavior or change.... I will begin to evaluate everything step by step in order. The location in the mountainside with a view of nature and the sea, the descent to the sea by elevator does not take much time, the food is definitely rated 5, as for the rooms they are different here, the work of the reception and staff is rated 5, well done you can always come up and solve the issue, the beach is always clean and tidy, I think it is not unimportant rating 5, room cleaning is available, garbage is taken out, floors are washed, linen is changed. We are vacationing here for the second year in a row and I want to come again. The atmosphere of tranquility in harmony with nature is what we are going here to relax for. Of course, there are dissatisfied people, but these are rather negatively minded people who do not see the advantages that cover all the disadvantages. This is terrible!!! The nature itself is wonderful, but the building itself needs major repairs!! Especially the rooms of the blocks, in which in the entire history of the boarding house there were repairs 2 times and then back in Soviet times. The food is cold and bland; once I came across a broken plate. Rotavirus is also walking around the boarding house, and while you are lying in your room at night, you are lying on a stoned painted bed, and while the neighbors are puking in the toilet and your psyche can easily break. The windows in the dining room and billiard room are broken. If you look at the building from the street, you can see these broken windows, cracks and at night you can hear some screams. I think that the prices are too high, it's a pity to even give 10 rubles for such a horror.(if you do go there, which I strongly advise against, then there is an abandoned swimming pool near the exit from the tunnel, one of the only advantages)

Further along the rest house:
1. In general, it feels like nothing has changed in the sanatorium since Soviet times, like a time machine :) We lived in a room with a fresh renovation, everything is decent, a terrace with a table and chairs. Among the disadvantages of the shower is just a drain in the floor, no bathroom, no shower cabin, because of this, there is constantly water on the floor and dirt, even though they washed the floors every day. Wish: a hairdryer and a kettle with cups.
2. The beach. It's big, wide, it doesn't feel like there are a lot of people. Comfortable entry into the water. There were always enough sun beds and umbrellas. I would like the cleanliness of the beach to be monitored more carefully. After the storm, garbage was thrown ashore, which no one collected, then it was washed back into the water. Well, the cleanliness of the showers and changing rooms leaves much to be desired…
3. Nutrition. There seems to be a lot to eat, but there is nothing to eat. I didn't want to go straight to the dining room every time. Breakfasts are normal. Lunches and dinners are monotonous. There was almost a fight over the chicken :) Only the first dishes at lunch remain hot, because they are poured into special vats. Everything else is semi-warm, even when we came to the very beginning. I would like at least buckwheat to be cooked deliciously. Broccoli is bland, cold - it's not easy to swallow! Instant Pele coffee-seriously?)) Well, the pastries are very tasty and varied!
4. Separately, I want to say that during my vacation I want to relax my soul and body so that nothing gets in the way and does not embarrass (within the bounds of decency, of course). I really appreciate the work of the people who provide us with rest - the cleaners, the guys in the dining room, on the beach, the guy who cleaned the tunnel on the way to the elevator is just a hard worker! But it was very unpleasant when Dmitry endlessly made remarks to the guests in the dining room, checked bags at the exit, etc. If this is an order from the management, leave a memo in each guest room with all the rules of conduct in your holiday home.
We went beyond the sea and nature - we got it! But because of all of the above, there were mixed impressions about the hotel. I wish you development and prosperity!

We are having a rest in the Sunny Holiday Home now (June 2022) the nature is incredible, the view from the room is fantastic, the food is very tasty and varied, the staff is friendly and very customer-oriented! The holiday home has changed its owner, now there is a MASTER here! - a person who cares about everything that happens here, now there are repairs in the rooms, common areas, on the street (which, however, does not interfere with rest in any way) the beach has been cleaned, tidied up, new umbrellas and sun beds have been put on, all junior suites with decent repairs, maybe others have already been repaired (did not specify) and most importantly, any request to any of the staff is immediately fulfilled or ways are being sought, but no one will leave you alone with your questions!
