The new building is good, spacious, accordingly people do not crowd in the corridors, there is a place where you can sit and not stand like the old building.

I've been in this building on one case as a defendant three times. Thank God I won the trial. The building itself is beautiful, both outside and inside. But it is huge and empty (the second one is more pleasing). Therefore, I put 3 stars, because it would be possible to build a smaller area.
