A store that does not have adequate service and where the owner is not ready to be responsible for the poor quality of his product. Peonies for 20 rubles/ piece wilted in two days (despite the fact that they were 5 minutes without water and fresh air). Flowers of such a price segment and in a period of high demand, logically, should simply be of excellent quality. Calm comments and a request to simply replace a low-quality flower (without returning the money) are first answered for a long time and offered a discount on the next order (which I do not want to use because of a very unpleasant impression about the salon), and then, when asked, they just write to replace the flowers that the director will definitely come and answer the message, and then They just ignore it for 3 days. An adult approach and an interest in providing high—quality services is not the forte of this place. Thank you for not blocking at least :)
I strongly advise against it, alas. The photo shows flowers on the third day of his life. Just such a flower you want to see for such a huge amount.

I took and ordered bouquets from them many times: they were almost always excellent, only sometimes they seemed slightly dull, but that's because.that the bouquet was collected without personal presence. It is possible to place an order online, there are often beautiful bouquets in the salon itself, which are not on the store's website, so you can also ask to show them. Messages are answered quickly, there is delivery, which is very convenient. It is quite rare that new bouquets are added to the store's website and it is not indicated which of them can be collected - this may be relevant when it turns out that it is not the season for the main flower in the bouquet you like

To sell such bouquets, it's just disgusting. The whole bouquet looks like it has been standing for more than a week, the flower heads are lowered, have already fallen somewhere, the leaves have begun to rot, the stems are broken off at the bottom, not even put in a vase to resuscitate.
It is very sad when they profit from people who sincerely want to make it pleasant, but do not know where there are good shops in the area that work in the morning.
