I didn't find any disadvantages. Only a positive impression. We had a rest at the height of the season - in August. The view from the 17th floor balcony is gorgeous. To the right is the sea, to the left are mountains and planes in the distance are landing so that they seem to land on the water. The elevators (6 pcs) are working properly and arrive quickly. We didn't feel any discomfort. There is security on the ground floor around the clock, it is always clean, the air conditioners work perfectly. There is a large beautiful aquarium above the reception. The location of the house is excellent, the sea is very close and the entire infrastructure is at hand.

I love this wave in Batumi. We have been staying here with friends for two years in a row and are very happy with this location, everything is within walking distance. If you take an apartment with a sea view, then you don't need a better option. 💞

The view is super.But there are nuances, there was a number 1922.The owner is cool, kept in touch, solved issues.The conder was working.The first time we encountered noisy neighbors who almost threw the girl off the balcony, the security reacted after the owner called, but after we complained, there was no reaction at the reception.There was mold in the corner of the room, kitchen utensils on 7 out of 10.

Quite a decent price-quality ratio. We rented accommodation monthly, in winter. Heating is a split system, it is enough for one room. For two rooms- I would say fresh) but we are normal. Once every 10 days, cleaning and linen change are included in the price, but you need to ask for it, they forget themselves.

I rent an apartment from the owner, I'm sitting on the couch drinking coffee, suddenly the door opens and two plumber men come in. It's just a shock. Constant problems with the elevator (does not go to all floors).
It happens that a siren is turned on in the middle of the night , without any incident .
You can't get through to the reception from the word at all.
The rooms are clean and cleaned for this and there is 1 point.
