I ordered chairs and other interior items. It was a long delivery, but it was worth it. Very nice girls are managers who will professionally answer all questions and help you make a choice and always treat you with delicious tea or coffee.
Nearby in the neighboring pavilions, in the shopping center, you can immediately pick up the rest of the necessary interior items for repair. There is built-in and freestanding furniture, lighting, sockets, floor coverings, curtains, washer-dryers, doors, sofas, beds and much more that will be useful for repairs.
I've heard a lot of good things about Domani, and now I'm convinced that everything is on the case. The furniture turned out to be so cool that I don't even want to find fault) and there's not much to do. Now I can brag to my friends too)
I want to express my gratitude to Domani's best manager, Maria, a man in his place. She was in touch with me around the clock, she solved issues quickly and clearly. The rest of the girls need to learn from her. Unfortunately, not all managers there are like that. A valuable employee, very valuable! It was Maria who managed to convince me that everything would be perfect. I was not mistaken. The furniture was made quickly, efficiently and on time. The installers did the job carefully, they were neat and friendly themselves. I was satisfied with the service and the quality of the furniture. I wish the company prosperity!
Domani is a real discovery for those who appreciate high-quality furniture. Managers competently advise and offer qualified advice. Their own production guarantees quality and non-standard solutions. It was a good place, almost everything was fine , only when the furniture was brought , the movers were some kind of addicts , they looked terrible , they were afraid that we might catch an infection and everything took a very long time, it was good that everything was in the package, a lot of scratches.
The place where the interior lives! You can see the solutions "live", and the managers will give qualified advice! On one site there are furniture, parquet, appliances, light and textiles. Very convenient!
I ordered a kitchen from Domani. In May of this year, the handle that opens the built-in refrigerator broke. Further chronologically:
- 5.05 I wrote to the manager Svetlana about the situation and attached a photo.
- On 13.05 (a week later), a message came from her that my question was in the works.
- On 24.05 (without waiting for any response from her) I wrote a repeated request to Mr. Svetlana, to which I received a reply that the pen was coming from Italy and would not arrive quickly.
During this time, as I understood it, assemblers or repairmen from the company came, looked at the handle, said that it could not be repaired, it had to be changed. We put the pen on glue to make it look more aesthetically pleasing and left.
- 6.08 (!!!) I wrote to Mr. Svetlana myself again about when the replacement pen would come. She read my message, but there was no response (even "we are occupied with your question" or "I will clarify and unsubscribe later") I did not receive it.
- 2.09 (4 months have passed) I wrote to Mr. Svetlana again about the pen and received the following reply (I quote): "Good afternoon! As far as I know, have you had the handle repaired or do you still want to replace it with a new one?" Naturally, I asked her to clarify what kind of work was being done on my request, to which, once again, I received no response.
What conclusion can I draw from my experience of interacting with Domani:
- incompetent employees (as for Mr. Svetlana)
- disrespect for the client (again, Mr. Svetlana)
- very low quality of the product (in my dark blue kitchen, paint chips went along the edges of the locker doors after a year. the paint layer turned out to be very thin).
I believe that it is possible to turn a blind eye to any shortcomings in the company, poor product quality, failure of agreed deadlines, if the client receives a good attitude towards himself. But Domani and Mr. Svetlana disagree with me.
A beautiful salon , good staff, you can feel the experts in their field, they catch everything on the fly. And most importantly , there are a lot of fabrics , a lot
of them .

Luxury furniture salon. The guys have their own production. They are very serious about quality. Own production allows you to choose engineering solutions in the interior that are not available when buying standard options. The only thing worth it is the complex that they have installed at the entrance as a demonstration.
Excellent interior of sockets and switches. A large selection of electrical installation products from the German manufacturer jung. Everything can be viewed and touched live. The consultants helped determine the choice, I was satisfied with the service and price!
