We visited this place in July 2024. A very beautiful old house with an entourage basement. The guide showed the barrels and told interesting legends and all this while tasting wine drinks. It seemed that drinks with too bright flavors, similar to powdered ones (for this 3 ⭐), but the goal was wine tasting. The guide gets 5 points for stories. Unfortunately, the inspection of the house is only from the outside, but the house is beautiful. In short, it makes no sense to go from far away, but being nearby you can watch and buy excellent compotes in a cafe
We visited this place in July 2024, wonderful service, delicious wines, bought different ones, brought them home, we will remember Abkhazia, but I took off 1 star, because the container, namely the clay jug that should store our wine for a special occasion, as it turned out, is not suitable for this purpose, the wine seeps in different places, so, alas, there is no tightness, despite the fact that the cost of this vessel is 2600, it is a pity
We came to a cafe for lunch and saw a sign with a wine tasting. We ordered khinkali in a cafe and while they were preparing, we went to the basement for wine. We tried it out there and came out with a bottle of wine, chacha and cognac))) a bottle of wine was also served in the cafe with amazing homemade khinkali. It was very tasty, full, drunk. There are no questions about taste, in any comparison with the store-bought Abkhazian wine. I don't know about the quality, but I didn't seem to be sick. Cognac is for an amateur, I understand a little- not mine. I recommend the cafe for sure. The hosts are very hospitable and generous. Thank you, good luck and prosperity!!!
The wine is diluted with alcohol , I do not claim, but it tastes like it is.
Yes, it is atmospheric in the cellar and wine in barrels. But the wine is kept in barrels for aging , they are fumigated and tarred specially, and so it gives a bitter taste. Because of this, the wine all tastes the same. I do not advise you to take it.
The owners are very good people, I tell them everything.
A good place in Gudauta. It's not far to go. The wine selection is good. I recommend dry red, and awesome chacha. A very positive seller, cheerful, responsive. If you are hungry, there is a great cafe nearby with delicious khinkali and dumplings.
For wine only here! Free food will be served at the tasting, wine will be generously poured. The wine is the best, take pomegranate juice, you won't find it anywhere else. The hosts are very friendly and generous, only positive impressions!

The Wine Cellar was built in 1905. It is a very beautiful and atmospheric place. It's a very tasty wine, we've tried it before!
