There is both a spacious gazebo for many seats and a banquet hall in an air-conditioned building. There is also a full-fledged sauna with a swimming pool after the steam room, as well as a large and deep outdoor pool with spring water. The estate is surrounded by a variety of exotic greenery. There is peace and quiet around.

I was relaxing at a friend's birthday party.
In general, I liked it, but there are a few moments because of which I took off the star.
1. Making noise on the street was allowed only until 22:00, although before that it was until 23:00 in the conversation
2. Strange neighbors who just called the cops on us 🙄
3. There were no towels! Is it really too expensive to leave a couple for the guests who stayed the night? Is there a towel in the kitchen? Should I wipe my hands on myself after cooking?
4. Kettles. What is electric, what is ordinary - with a thick layer of scale. First, I had to clean the kettle, which should not be included in the "rest in the manor"
Well, they were carrying their dishes, they would have to pay extra for using the plates😑

The ad says that the owners live nearby, in fact, the owners live on the 0 floor of the main house, when you have dinner, they will come to watch, ostensibly to look at the meter or check something else..
the sleeping places are neat, but if there is not a big plus outside the window, at night it is cold in the house both mainly and in the guest house, even if the sauna was heated all evening (located inside the guest house).
