Hello, we stayed in this house with the child for one night on the way to the lake. Rizza. A great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and hotel. It's very cozy here. Mountains, clean air, there is access to a private beach along which the Bzyb river flows, in general, the camera will not convey those feelings and the most beautiful views that you see with your eyes. The good-natured David accepted us as family. I really didn't want to leave. If we visit those parts again, we will definitely stop by again. And we recommend that you definitely visit))))

We decided to spend the first part of our vacation in the mountains, chose a House in the village. You feel like a guest here. David is a wonderful man, an interesting conversationalist, treated us to pancakes and soup. I met them like family. The territory is large – rooms, a sauna, a kitchen, a huge gazebo with a bonfire, you can go down to the river in 3 minutes. David went fishing with his husband, treated him to his wine. You can walk to the Maiden's Tears Waterfall and the bungee suspension bridge. You can drive up to the restaurant with a glass bridge, to Lake Ritsa. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday! And yes – spring water directly from the tap ❤

Beautiful house in the mountains on the way to Lake Ritsa. Mountain view from the window, near the mountain river. Large well-maintained territory. The owner is a very good-natured and good person.
We liked everything, we were on New Year's Eve.

We stayed in this place with my husband for two nights before leaving and regretted that we did not stay longer. Convenient location (it is relatively short to drive to the Ritsa and the sea by car), a wonderful host, sincere conversations over a glass of wine against the backdrop of picturesque nature. The special surroundings and decoration of the house were created with great care, as if we found ourselves in a museum. In a word, it is clear that the house was created with a big soul. Thank you, David! We will definitely come back.

A beautiful house in a picturesque place of Abkhazia. There are different room options, a shared kitchen, a barbecue. Delicious spring water flows from the tap. There are many trees on the territory (figs, pears, apple trees, hazelnuts, etc.). There is a descent to a mountain river. The view is amazing, you can plunge into the river, go fishing. The owner of the house is friendly, a great place to relax

We went to the Ritz and knew that we would be back late, so we decided to plan an overnight stay in advance. We called the owner, he assured us that everything would be fine. I was in touch on the morning of arrival. Upon arrival, dinner and home hospitality were waiting for us. Over a glass of homemade wine, David told the story of Abkhazia, very interesting! In the morning we walked through the garden to the river, if we stayed another day, then there is a barbecue by the river, you can fish and cook right there. In general, everything is sincere, beautiful and homely.

At the end of May 2023, when descending from the Ritsa, the weather deteriorated very much in just tens of minutes, but the evening ended well for us. We stayed in this wonderful place. Thesis:
- after a short time, there was a clear feeling of not booking a room in some hotel, and you came to visit for a couple of days to "distant" relatives;
- due to the lack of open shops nearby, we had few provisions, but even in this situation I would like to note the hospitality of the host. We were deliciously fed from home supplies;
- and here's what I remember for sure, and not even for the time that we stayed, but for all our stay in Abkhazia, this is a sincere, interesting and informative dialogue in the kitchen for many hours. After a while, we remembered this evening more than once.
