In Egypt for the first time, we usually went to Turkey. We were a little worried that the restaurant would have a small variety of delicious food, but everything turned out well.
There are four Shuttle routes through the territory.
Shuttle number 4 rarely (chaotically) runs, we used only this route, the interval is 15-20 minutes under the scorching sun + 40. Sometimes you wait a long time and two shuttles number 4 come at once, and sometimes one will come and full of people. The capacity of the shuttle is 14 people, including the driver. A sectarian hotel that is not suitable for Russians who are used to all inclusive. The hotel is designed for Italians, and looking forward to a great holiday before the New Year with delicious dinners on New Year's Eve and paying the tour operator in advance (yes, we are ready to write just now, because as a result, the money for the New Year's dinner was not returned to us). On the one hand, the hotel impresses with its staff, green area, scale, but then you start to notice some details that you can no longer make out.
When they tell you that you have 3 restaurants to choose from, this is dust in the eyes number 1. Yes, out of three, but the food in them is the same, you just need to figure out which restaurant will not be too salty (usually it was in spicy). The central restaurant is like a canteen, the spice is beautiful, and the 3rd (I don't remember) inside is a vague arrangement of tables, but it's good outside).
The second dust in the eyes is a free subscription to the spa complex and a tour of the hotel. You are picked up early in the morning, personal managers, we eat delicious food in a restaurant that is paid. Then you will be given a tour, ole will be told which of their hotel chains is the most popular, etc. They take you to a conference room, again words about a wonderful hotel and the family that built it all, a 10-minute film about the same thing, and at the end your managers begin questioning how often you travel, when, to which countries, how much money you spend, and you are offered a UNIQUE OFFER to BECOME PART of THEIR FAMILY by buying a membership for 1.5 million. I won't describe what goes in there, because it's just a divorce. You just pay to be in the club, have a silver bracelet, a separate leshak and that's it. For Italians, this may be normal, they were the only ones who went with these bracelets, but we don't need it. As soon as we realized what was going on and refused, they stopped politely communicating with us, that we were refusing and generally goodbye. And we got up and left in front of everyone. And of course the sediment remained, and as a result they did not give us any coupon at the spa😂
The third dust in the eyes is all inclusive. Yes, eat and drink as much as you want, but! There is only 1 free bar on the west hotel (near the heated pool), everything is paid on the beach (1 is free and you have to go to it from the lobby for a long time), in the lobby - for a fee. If you arrive in the afternoon, then to eat you will be sent to the beach, where there is an orange, a couple of dry cookies and that's it.
4 dust- New Year's gala dinner. On December 30, we come to the lobby to be booked for dinner and see the price -170€ for 1.... We ask, we have already paid in Russia, but we are not on the lists. And it turns out that they then simply canceled that included amount. And then we met another snake with children, who were also knocked over (either the hotel solves this issue or the biblio globus, no one gave us the answer). And how do you find out before the new goal that you will be sitting in the room? As a result, they went to the city on New Year's Eve, if the three of them drank and ate and spent less than 100 euros.
Plus: having been injured near the pier, they immediately provided help and then the lifeguard asked for several days how I was.
The beach and the sea are clean, in December- January the sea is cool, you need to jump right off with a bomb, you will not be able to enter carefully.
The part of the pantone where the fish net is torn, and of course there are fish swimming there.
I do not recommend visiting, there are plenty of hotels that will be cheaper, and entertainment, and food and service will be better. We just fell for the fame and "Italian" roots of this hotel.
There was a foam party- the foam immediately melted, the blankets in the room were torn badly (it's cool in the room at night, even though I'm not frozen). Even for once, this hotel is not worth it.

The first line is gorgeous, sea views, snorkeling, volleyball, beach and sun beds are always comfortable at will. The food is varied, there is always fish or beef. Seafood and squid. There is a place to walk, the hotel is huge. Your own bazaar, where all the necessary things are presented. The rooms are cleaned every day, the service is not bad. The evening shows with professional dancers were good.
Of the cons: the hotel is Italian, 80% Italians, all animations, songs, dances, and food are tailored to them. There is also a different attitude towards the Russian Federation and Italians. I managed to learn the whole repertoire of animation, the same thing every other day. Rooms for 3, plumbing and sheets are tired, there are no basic things like toothpaste and hair conditioner, thanks for everything you can buy. the all-inclusive system is not all inclusive, it is indicated that there are 8 bars, in fact 3, the rest are paid, the rest for breakfast, lunch and dinner can be used differently, the situation changes, the food is the same.

When handing out bracelets, the Russian girl at the reception told us that we had a Sultan case (although we took aquamarine). We looked at the room and went back to change it. Here the first divorce began for an additional fee of $ 25, just to get our room. We managed to do this through negotiations. Immediately there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room. In the photo, the rooms look much better than they actually are. Our friends came to rest at the same time, they also tried to divorce them, settling in a room for $ 1000 cheaper. They had a deluxe room, and they were given a standard. The menu is monotonous, there is no sea food. If you don't have time for breakfast or dinner, then there are no options even for a fee. The staff are rude, the guide from FUN & SUN (Micael - Misha) did not even communicate, since we refused to buy their tour. In restaurants, the price is very high for an additional fee, but it's not worth it - it's tasteless.

Minuses:
1. The hotel has an insane number of cats, in other words, a cat shelter. Mustachioed meows under the windows, fighting with heart-rending sounds.
We were waiting for a transfer to the airport in the lobby, because it was already cool outside at night. The suitcases and backpack were left in the parking lot. During the 30 minutes of absence, the mustachioed animal "marked" our luggage. The result: an impossible cat stink, a backpack and four flight pillows were thrown into the trash right at the airport. I also got a children's winter jacket (it was in a backpack), but there are no options here, the child will have to go in it.
I AM INDIGNANT. If such a large number of stray animals are allowed to live on the territory, they must be sterilized. If they had known about cats in such numbers, they would not have considered this hotel at all.
2. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, the child was bitten all over after the first night. Require a fumigator immediately. The raid balloon, issued on the second night, does not cope and smells terrible.
3. Weak animation in the morning and afternoon. Two flops, three flops. If there are ten volleyball fields, three balls. There is no nursery either.
4. Weak Wi-Fi in the territory, it loads normally either early in the morning or at night.
5. They lived in building 43. The rooms are very worn out, renovation is required.

A short summary. A budget, low-quality 3-star hotel, which is brazenly positioned as a premium Made in Italia hotel. All-inclusive - no, half of the restaurants, bars and beaches are for an additional high fee or members of the D-Club (a club of very "trusting" people). Unfortunately, we went to this hotel on the recommendation, without carefully checking the information. Further details.
General description. The hotel opened its doors in the first half of the 90s, there was no full-fledged renovation in 30 years of operation, which is tactfully kept silent. We made local repairs in the rooms of certain buildings in order to produce marketing materials and invite guests. Reviews and ratings on Internet sites are inflated by bots and hotel staff, conducted an analysis during the rest and met the staff who left reviews with photos. The territory is too large, where 9 hotels are located, but in fact one large hotel with slightly different rooms in style.
Food in three canteens. They are fed food of the 3rd grade from the cheapest products (a la "red price"), which causes digestive problems. 90% of the food is not edible, so it is necessary to look for acceptable pieces of meat and side dishes. The basis of the diet is burnt chicken, rice, oranges, bananas and muffins with tea. I will highlight their culinary feature - porridge made of cheap pasta with various sauces, which they call pasta. But in general, they have a mania for burning food, making a crust in the best traditions of Yulia Vysotskaya.
Bars. Cheap alcohol that is impossible to drink, including beer. Juice substitutes, coffee from machines with fresh milk, which makes you gush. The food at the bars is dried rolls and cherished fruits from lunch.
A la carte restaurants. Dishes are prepared from similar products from canteens, but they try not to burn and serve acceptably. In fact, the level of a cheap eatery with prices like in elite restaurants, cook at least $ 50 for a modest dinner for two. Oh yes, if you want to order a classic pepperoni pizza in an Italian hotel, in an Italian restaurant, then this position is not on the menu, probably it is too expensive to buy a sausage.
Check-in. It goes by the motto - all by yourself. They give you a crumpled instruction, connect to the hotel's WiFi, install the application, enter data, etc. The reception gives out two iron keys with a large tag, one for the room, the second for the safe, it is very inconvenient. You go to another counter, where they put on bracelets and simultaneously invite you to the D-Club presentation. Carry the bags yourself, they take you on a broken and smelly bus to your building, show you where to go, and then themselves.
Number. An old room, which is about 30 years old, with local tinting of the walls, cracked plumbing, a shower curtain with yellow spots, etc. You sleep under a sheet, and a smelly thin blanket on top. Mosquitoes were bitten at night because there is stagnation of water due to a dilapidated irrigation system, which is an excellent environment for their habitat.
Territory. It is large, the general views are beautiful, but for the high-quality maintenance of such areas, large resources are needed, which are not allocated, as a result, upon detailed examination, everything is in a deplorable state. And there is also a colony of domestic cats, there are places where it stinks of cat urine.
Beaches. The reef is beautiful, you can see beautiful fish, including moray eels and stingrays. But almost half of the beach is not accessible because it is for VIP. As a result, in the low season, we were looking for free sun beds both on the beach and by the pool. The free bars were specially placed away from the sunbeds, we went to the bar on the mountain for drinks, and the paid ones are next to the shore.
Infrastructure. The capacity of the canteens, quite obviously, is not designed for a large flow of people, so in low season there were queues for dishes and the search for empty seats. It's the same story with sunbeds and local taf-taf transport.
Entertainments. The volleyball field is good. But in the end there was a commercial part, where they quickly drew an image of a beautiful vacation for the residents of the club and how profitable it is. They slipped away from uncomfortable questions, while belittling their own hotel, for example, "it's not delicious in the dining room now, but if you're a resident, everything will be on a different level," etc. Total: fee of 17,000 euros for membership for 30 years + 560 euros for 6 nights + payment for meals. Then the bidding went on, no matter what amount we are willing to pay to try. You can't think about the offer, you need to make a decision here and now. After our refusal, the representative of the hotel began to behave very aggressively. Next, we went to the VIP beach, where we were given a strawberry smoothie from a 5-liter canister, a mini barbecue made of rubber beef, a couple of bottles of water of not the best quality.
We will bypass the Domina hotel chain further away. It can be seen that the hotel was made with high quality and has been based on this margin of safety for 30 years, but the current management is destroying it. I think if the owners and staff do not change their attitude to the rest of the guests, then in 5-7 years the skeleton of the hotel will remain in a beautiful bay.

The hotel has its own beach, there are sun beds, they give out one towel on the beach per day. There is nowhere to swim near the shore - reefs. But there is a bridge to the floating island, where there are ladders in the sea. The reefs are alive, there are a lot of fish. On the island itself there are sun beds and two shallow pools with a bottom and sea water. The beach is sandy. It's windy in February, but I can't say that it's uncomfortable. But still, there is a feeling that it is warmer in the water than outside. You can sunbathe in February (you can also burn). There are several pools, some have access only for those who stay in certain rooms. In winter, the pools are heated. Swimming in the pool and the sea - from dawn to sunset. You can not swim at night, as well as go to the beach - this is being monitored. During the day, rescuers are on duty at the bpssain and on the coast.
There is an arena where concerts and entertainment programs are held daily. Competitions and water aerobics are also held in the pool.
The territory is well-groomed, large, I even went with a navigator for the first couple of days.
There are 3 buffet-style restaurants on the territory, made in different styles, and the food is the same in each.
The room stock is good, the situation depends on the type of room. Sockets are familiar to us. Wi-Fi catches throughout the hotel (there are many points with routers), and catches on the beach.
There is a small market on the territory where you can buy basic necessities, souvenirs, there is a pharmacy and a medical center.
The staff speaks broken Russian, but in general communication with the staff is good.
I liked my stay at this hotel, I plan to visit this hotel again.
