I've always been happy to visit this place, but today I didn't want to stay there for a minute!!!! The waitress looks terrible, dirty leggings, T-shirt is all dirty, hair is disheveled, was rude to customers, shouted to one visitor for the whole hall: "come and get your beer already!!!", clarified relations for the whole hall, taking an order from me laughed at my choice🤬 lemonade was brought tasteless, one mineral water, asked to remake, after her look, it was scary to drink this lemonade. They didn't finish eating anything, because it was getting more unpleasant to sit by the minute, I wanted to pay faster and run away from there. Although I don't really want to pay for this attitude!

I liked the cafe.The menu is everything that can satisfy an empty stomach with delicious food.The waiter is very polite, knows her job, and helped us make a choice..
The cafe is clean, warm, cozy and comfortable.
And most importantly, we left 35 rubles there, and the three of us ate very well.
I recommend you to try bruschetta and branded lemonades.

I came in at lunch. I was given the main menu. I didn't notice the business lunch menu, and the waiters didn't tell me about it either.
I ordered a chicken kebab with rice. When ordering, I asked how long to wait - they said 20 minutes. After 25 minutes, I ask if they forgot about my order, and how much longer to wait. The waitress promises to ask and leaves. After 5 minutes, I go up to the waiter myself and ask how much longer I have to wait. They tell me "5 minutes". After 5 minutes, tasteless rice and meat are brought.

Problems with complex meals. We came with a company, 1 waitress came up to us 3 times and said that there was no specific dish, when they brought the dish to a friend, another friend was told that there was no dish for him (another one came, apparently the first one was already ashamed). It looked like some kind of mockery. The waiters are not friendly, they write on pieces of paper. A complete disappointment. In the end, a colleague in Charlotte had someone else's hair, which finally finished her off. Set meals are not tasty in themselves. They look like a school cafeteria. I don't recommend it.
