The best hotel in Lugansk. Located in a quiet place, spacious, simply huge rooms, clean, there is a kettle in the room, there is a kitchen where you can use a microwave, refrigerator and drinking water, all amenities in the room, refrigerator and TV. But the most important thing is the hospitable, polite, customer-oriented staff, they will always prompt and help. I stayed here twice and settled a group of people, everyone is happy. The only thing is, there are no breakfasts, but you can buy something ahead of time and have a great meal in the cafe room, or visit the nearest cafe, which has been open since nine with hot food (delicious)

Cons:
Far from the center;
Expensive cafe;
The showers are in a deplorable state;
Audibility.
Positive:
Responsive staff;
Daily cleaning (but linen and towels are changed every few days, if not requested);
There are breakfasts (but without a choice and from 8 am);
There is a laundry service;
Refrigerator and microwave (shared on the floor, some rooms have a separate refrigerator);
Air conditioning (not in all rooms);
Kettle in the room;
Shared balcony on the floor;
There is a barbecue and a mini park in the courtyard.

A very nice, pleasant hotel. There is a delicious cafe on the ground floor, where they will politely serve and feed.At the reception, good girls will prompt and explain everything, and most importantly, the rooms are clean and cozy.
