We ordered domino's pizza on 01/18/2025, judging by the backpack of the employee who delivered the order, it was via Yandex. What was delivered is very difficult to call pizza. Most likely, the pizza was in an upright position all the way through the delivery, as a result of which all the ingredients were shifted to one side, and were also glued to the top of the box. As you can see from the photo, there is practically nothing left on the bottom except for the sauce and part of the cheese.

The delivery is fast, that's all the advantages. For 40 rubles, you don't expect barely smeared cheese on dough and a couple of cucumbers, but a decent filling. There is no point in overpaying, you can order such a pizza at any other more affordable pizzeria.

Domino's Pizza is an average experience. Among the advantages — delicious pizza, a variety of options and relatively fast delivery in most cases.
However, I cannot fail to mention the unfortunate moments. From time to time it happens that there is not enough space in the restaurant, which creates inconvenience for visitors. Problems with delivery, especially those related to errors in orders, are not so rare, which can create some frustration.
I also came across the fact that customer support is sometimes ineffective. Problems arose, and appeals were not always responded to quickly or provided with an effective solution.

I contacted a specialist to clarify the reasons, they said they were loaded VERY much! Wait for delivery in 20 minutes! I.e. at about 14.20! It's 14.25 o'clock, no one! They work disgustingly with clients, no one deigned to call or write! Please take action against the persons who accepted my order 460741 and for its delivery! It's just A NIGHTMARE. I ordered pizza at this place through the Dilivio service, took an advance payment. The delivery time is 30 minutes. After 40 minutes of silence, I called the number, there was some kind of "miracle" for 10 minutes clarifying what and how, as a result, we will call you back, the courier allegedly cannot be found. We called back in 10-15 minutes, wait another 30 minutes. The domino is on the other side of the street. They wanted a refund, the answer killed them. We can return the money after a different number of days, i.e. the staff is not competent in any matter at all. Okay, we're waiting. But joy after another 36 minutes, the courier appeared, shoved the pizza and ran away. To say that I'm in shock is not to say anything(((
Bottom line, the evening is completely ruined. I will never buy anything in this place again in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!
And no one even apologized(
