There are no special complaints about the pizza itself, but the delivery was very disappointing. My son asked for pizza to be brought to him in the army. I ordered it in the evening, for tomorrow at 11.30. I understood that the order was one of the first, but I had to arrive by a certain time. It's an army! We planned to leave at 12 o'clock and drive for more than an hour. I thought there might be a delay, but I thought 30 minutes would be enough. There was no one at 12, from all the information: the order is on the way. It's two stops from the restaurant. I called the service at a short number, they contacted someone there and said they would bring me in five, Maxim 8 minutes. After 20 minutes, I dialed again, and already in the process of talking and waiting on the line, a delivery car arrived with a girl at the wheel. We were already waiting outside, as we had to pick up the pizza and leave immediately - we were half an hour late. There were no apologies, she just calmly said about the increased workload and that was it. It's probably normal for her personally. As a result, the delivery was delayed for 55 minutes, no one apologized, and everyone's nerves burned out. After some time, I received a promo code for a small pizza for 1 kopeck. I guess that's kind of an apology, I don't know. I won't use it, and I won't order delivery without two hours left!

It seems to be a good point, but rarely when the right amount of sauce is added, we ordered two large Hot Kebab pizzas for the umpteenth time, there was so little sauce (the whole pizza joke is just in the sauce) that we just wanted to catch up with the courier and give them back. I hope this doesn't happen again.

I ordered a delivery from this place yesterday. Julienne's pizza. The pizza arrived without chicken and onions, but with honey mushrooms. It's not even on the menu! Although the label had the correct address and indicated julienne pizza. Terrible service

No complaints about the restaurant itself. However, the company's policy of raising the average check is disappointing. Although they actively advertise a price reduction to 20.99 rubles, when trying to order pizza, a notification appears about non-compliance with all the conditions of the promotion. This forces us to look for additional conditions, and it turns out that we need to add another 5 rubles to take advantage of the offer. Such tricks cause rejection and create a negative experience, which is why there is no desire to return.

We bought a medium-sized pepperoni pizza with a side of sausages, 07/15.23 at about 22:00.
The pizza itself turned out to be very tasteless, as it was very sickly sour, because of the tomato base. After this acid, I wanted to drink a liter of water. Only the side itself turned out to be delicious.
In addition, a small midge was found in the pizza, but it's okay, maybe it accidentally got caught, they didn't keep track.
But as for the taste, I've never eaten such a terrible pepperoni with such a sour taste. Even after two hours, this sour taste is still felt in the mouth. And closer to night, I also grabbed my stomach.
So in addition, at the end of the shift, at 23:00, the employees almost shouted in obscenities: "how they already got these visitors," that they were already closing, and they were not given rest.
Terrible attitude towards customers!

There are no complaints about the work of the pizzeria and the quality of the pizza. But to the hall, yes. There are few places, plus most are right next to the entrance, where there is a terrible draft. People come in and out because there are a lot of orders waiting online, leaving the door wide open. There is not enough screen to separate the tables from the entrance. Otherwise, sitting, especially with a child, is very uncomfortable. It's blowing hard. Last time, my feet were very cold and I couldn't sit without a jacket at all.
There are still questions about the toilet. It is very dirty, smells bad and there is no toilet paper and normal liquid soap.
And those who come just to wait for the delivery order, sit down at empty tables and just sit, taking up seats.

A nice, cozy place. Delicious pizza and coffee. Pizza is cooked quickly. The staff behaves correctly and politely.
There is probably only one minus. There is no manager who can solve problems with clients. Several times I had to listen to customers shouting and swearing at cashiers, while employees try to respond correctly. But listening to these scandals while eating is frankly unpleasant.

In my opinion, the best pizzeria in the area (in terms of delicious and rich pizzas). However, it's a bit expensive without promo codes or bonus points. On the eve of the holidays, it is not realistic to order pizza. They've had problems with delivery the last few times. The last three times I ordered for Asanaliev (3km is about always without traffic jams), so we drove for 1 hour. And then a promo code for the simplest and smallest pizza is given for 1 rub. Maybe it's such marketing to order more.
