I'm not demanding, I understand that people get tired , but why are there always such faces with their eyes rolled up. I often visit Domino's establishments. I am always satisfied with the quality and taste of pizza. And the promotions for pizzas and coffee cannot but please. I also want to mention the delicious taste of tea. The place itself is comfortable, clean, and pleasant music is playing. I went to order tea, because the weather outside is not very pleasant today. I stood near the cash register for about 10 minutes, not a single employee of the institution was even visible. Then an employee appeared, completely ignoring me and started cooking pizza. After another 2 minutes, a girl appeared, clarified what I wanted to order and asked me to wait 2 minutes. After that, I switched places with the first employee and after another 2 minutes he accepted my order. Bottom line: instead of quickly ordering my tea and running on business, I waited 20 minutes just to get it. I wish the administration of the institution to distribute the breaks of employees so that at least one remains in the hall, because not all people are so patient, many are in a hurry or will simply have a difficult character, with whom, with such service, it will not be limited to a simple review in Yandex.

The pizza is really delicious, but, unfortunately, Dominos have such a trick - to double the prices, and then allegedly make a discount on the promo code. If you don't know the promo code, pay double like a good fool. I knew, and that makes it even more insulting.
A leaflet hung right at the entrance, the ACTION was written in large letters. We waited for 5 minutes for someone to come up to us at all. We ordered two pizzas with a friend, we thought that with a discount it would be fine, the promotion is the same. When the price was announced, because of the music and the quiet voice of the cashier, it seemed that everything was correct (there was no scoreboard to see the final price). They paid and only then found out that there was no discount on the receipt. I understand that I was stupid myself by not naming the promo code, but I have been to other Domino's points and the staff there told me about the promotions. Here, there is nothing like that.
There are people who do not know about the chip with promo codes, someone may not understand that you need to pronounce the word written on the leaflet. Is it really difficult to voice that there are such and such actions, to help a person navigate? It's a direct responsibility of the staff, sort of.
As a result, we ate like pigs in a restaurant - without plates, cups, cutlery, from cardboard boxes on an unwashed table, we took it ourselves, we cleaned up after ourselves, but we paid for full-fledged service in the restaurant. Thanks:((
PS: I visited this point for the first (and probably the last) time. Maybe we're the only ones who are so unlucky.

Domino's pizza is one of the best, but the staff of the institution in the Zarco shopping center leaves much to be desired, I learned about the crazy week action (the second pizza for 1 kopeck.) only from the poster at the exit, the cashier was silent as a partisan, it is possible not to talk about the action it is in the rules of Dominos, but the pizza came out with a taste of disappointment and napkins were not put.

Great pizzeria. The waiting time for an order does not exceed 10 minutes for large orders. Pizza is always juicy, delicious, with a lot of toppings. There is a playroom and a pedestal for children to watch the cooking. It is always clean, the staff is polite.
