A game room with a minimum number of balls, the child sliding down the slide does not fall into the balls (the remnants of the balls in this case), but directly onto the floor of the playground, next to the slide, in the playground, there is a window sill, and the protective mesh does not protect the child from hitting this window sill in any way.There are sockets (20cm wide) next to the playground, and the protective grid of the playground is torn right in front of these sockets.Parents are not even allowed to enter the playground, on the first tier, to look after their child.The administration is not responsible for any injuries to the child made in the playground, and parents cannot look after their children, i.e. it turns out that the child hit-the parent is to blame, who, according to the rules of this institution, does not have the right to look after his child in the playroom!Nonsense.
Unsanitary conditions in the playground, the balls are not washed, garbage, and located near the entrance to the room.
For canceling an order that has not yet been prepared, a request for a refund was refused.

The staff was very nice, they helped with the choice, although it probably came during rush hour, but they treated me to coffee for waiting, so only good impressions remained. A good pizzeria. It is convenient that there is a play area for children, which is a big plus of such a place when you are with children and waiting for an order. The pizza is delicious, I really liked the potatoes in a rustic way, as they are cooked in the oven. Polite staff.

The pizza is the same as in any other pizzeria of this chain, it's delicious for me, otherwise I wouldn't have gone from Borisov to this pizzeria.
On average, the order is ready in 10-20 minutes. But usually I order through the app and everything is ready in 20 minutes.
The staff is polite, if you apply, they will help with everything, tell you what you need.

We stopped for a snack. The children were screaming endlessly, but that's okay... children. There is no service: the order is ready, but there is no one to give it to, because the cashier accepts orders from others. As a result, the food was burnt. Do not go to this place if you want to eat quietly, or at least something that you did not forget to get out of the brazier :)
