I've ordered pizza the last couple of times, they really regret the sauce, the hypnotic was poured with a thin line like a thread, the pizza is very dry, and prices have risen very much, although they began to save sauce, that is, prices on the contrary should fall. A year ago, the amount of sauce was enough, but now in all the pizzas that you order, you can say there is no sauce. The pizzeria was my favorite, but I won't order anymore, I gave you a chance to improve several times, I'm tired of waiting.

The disgusting system of issuing online pickup orders. To pick up a PAID and ready order at the order pick-up table, the employee sent to stand in line for ordering because HE also needed a receipt to issue an ALREADY paid online order.
What a horror!? Then why order online?! When delivering pizza to the house, the client also needs to go to the pizzeria later, stand in line to get a receipt.
Terrible service, attitude to customers for a considerable price. Ruined the mood.

I've been ordering pizza from this brand for years. There was always the best pizza. The first and last time I ordered on Nemiga. There was very, very little filling in the pizza. most of all the ingredients in the pizza were onions. In other establishments, onions were never felt, since there was very little of it and a large amount of meat, cheese and other vegetables, the filling always even fell on the box, because there was so much of it. This is the pizza level, and not the way they do it in a pizzeria on Nemiga. The only advantage of the Nemige restaurant is working until 01:00, so we stopped by it.

We made an order for Rokossovsky 80. Two pizzas, chicken curry, Hawaiian and shokorolls. I made treats for my parents, on occasion. As a result, they were very upset. Firstly, instead of the ordered pizzas, we received two Hawaiian ones. And most importantly, the product looked like a pizza with a big stretch. Two pizzas were dry, overcooked, and hard. They ate and choked. Even the rolls are hard. It feels like everything went through the oven several times. How can everything be so dry??? I am silent about the fact that two pieces of pineapple for pizza are already the norm. Dear dominos, this is a fiasco!
I do not recommend visiting the restaurant at this address at all. I heard that the service at this point is so-so, but for some reason I hoped that it would work out. It turned out that it was in vain.

Evaluating the pizza itself, you can safely put a solid 4, I can't do it anymore, because there were cases with the quality of the product.
I rarely visit the halls, so I will not appreciate the service.
I almost constantly order with delivery and here you can write a whole book)...
50% delivery does not occur in the stated 30 minutes, for comparison a couple of months ago, 70% of cases were late, it was even delivered after 2 hours... But come on, we got through it somehow and now we seem to have started to improve.
So that's why I'm writing a review and putting a weak 3, this is an "apology" from Dominos in the form of a "free" - or so-called pizza for 1 ruble.
To get your "free" pizza, you need to go through a number of restrictions and conditions:
1. Limitation in the product line (I will not describe it).
2. The pizza size limit is 22cm.
3. The main condition, in addition to pizza for 1 ruble, there must be another pizza in the order (this is like the main order).
4. Restriction on the use of the received promo code for a ruble pizza.
5. Pizza for 1 ruble - PROMOTION!!!????!!
6. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, special offers and points ...
7. As a gift pizza (for 1 ruble), the pizza with the lowest cost is taken into account in the order.
So the question arises, where is the "apology" from Dominos, where is the gift - free pizza?

We have bought pizza in this institution more than once, I really like pizza with chanterelles and cheese, I definitely recommend buying it.
The waiting time for the order is about 10-15 minutes.
The staff is polite.
I did not use the delivery, but I know that if the order is not delivered on time there will be some privileges, that is, employees are interested in fast delivery.
In general, there are very pleasant associations with this institution, the prices correspond to the quality.

The pizza is fine. But the establishment on Winners 1 needs to be improved.

They cook quickly. The pizza is delicious, but it is better to take it on a fluffy dough (it is not at all thick, comparable to the filling), — the thin one burns. A large portion of French fries🔥
For which I take off the star — they don't wipe the tables after the customers. It is also annoying that there is no security. I was sitting quietly, and then a man with no fixed place of residence came up, stood at the table for 5 minutes and asked for money. Requests to move away did not help immediately. How he was missed at the cafe is a mystery ...
So if you want a delicious pizza, it's better to order at home😊

Purely for comparison. A couple of years ago, in another country, they brought me the wrong pizza from domino's that I ordered. How they decided: they were allowed to leave the pizza they brought, they brought the right one in 35 minutes. Plus they offered me some kind of coupon, but I refused. Everyone was satisfied. Now the same story has repeated itself in Minsk. How did they decide: the wrong pizza was picked up by the courier, which, to put it mildly, struck me, not even considering it as a potential compensation for the time spent, but rather as "where are you going to put the wrong pizza, which a person could sniff/touch/lick in a pandemic?" The right pizza was delivered in 20 minutes, and it was already dry and slightly warmed up (despite the fact that I asked the dispatcher to bring me a fresh hot pizza). Draw your own conclusions.
