The order readiness time is constantly incorrectly reported. If it says on the ready screen that your order is being prepared, most likely you will be asked to wait another ten minutes at the checkout.

02/10 An order was made for pickup at 11 o'clock, they said to pick it up in 15 minutes, as a result, at 12:15 it was not even on the list yet!!!
