Good for DIY projects, most of the production is crap, but you certainly can find some high quality stuff. Would definitely recommend for standardized stuff like raw materials, plumbing related things or details for furniture.

Of the cons: I was there a few days ago, there is no 5 cm foam in stock and I do not know when it will be. There is no service for cutting a long profile after purchase (i.e. you need to come yourself with a hacksaw and cut somewhere on the street so that it is convenient to carry / carry later). Prices do not differ particularly favorably from small hardware stores (and sometimes differ for the worse!).

The chairs were brought, assembled, and all the packaging material was removed. There was a small nuance - the store said that they sell 2 chairs in a set, or it was possible to have one - each is packed individually. There is no discount on showcase samples (taking into account severe damage), so I had to order from a warehouse, but in a different color.

Armenian service. I ordered a rack-and-pinion base for a mattress with legs. The seller mixed up the order and only the base without legs was delivered to me. The store refused to arrange delivery by phone, because payment is only in the store. I had to go to the store. In the store, the saleswoman could not clearly answer the question of how many legs should be included. After 20 minutes, we did find out that 5. Again, no one offered delivery - carry it on yourself. No compensation or service. They even took money for the package.

Everything is extremely complicated. It is impossible to just come and buy an ordinary water faucet or small household appliances, you have to wait a long time for the consultant to arrange delivery from the warehouse, then wait 2 more days until they deign to bring this product to the store or home (a paid service). A refund can be made first by applying for registration at the same point of sale, and they often ask to call the seller who made the purchase on their own so that he comes up and cancels the registration, then you need to drive to their warehouse, which is located in the middle of nowhere, leave the goods there, wait until it is checked, and after return to the store for a refund. And I was also "pleased" that a partial refund when paying with a card is not possible on the same day.
There are a lot of shoals, and it seems that management is not going to do anything to optimize work processes. They do not value the client's time from the word at all.
