Good evening! On 02/22/2022, she was a guest of Minsk. I found the product I needed in the Comfort House store at the beginning of the day. I paid for the purchase. I left it before the store closed, because it is extremely inconvenient to drive around the city all day with this purchase. I left Minsk in the evening. I was late for closing by only 1 min. (At 20:10 a minibus was leaving the railway station). For 9 minutes. She knocked loudly and continuously on the door, but, unfortunately, no one opened it for me! The paid goods remained in Minsk, and I went to another city. Dear administration and employees of the store, you close the cash register and the store before 20:00.... before closing time??? Or are you all in 1 min. Do you have time to count the money, close the cash register, change clothes and leave??? Or do you simply lack conscience and humanity, if you did not even go to the door, at which someone knocks for 9 minutes, and did not ask what the person needs and what happened ...?! Shame on you and disrespect!
