A small hotel in the center of Baku. Very cozy, the room has everything you need, snow-white fluffy bathrobes, slippers, kettle, hairdryer, TV. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the promenade, the old town. Very tasty and varied breakfasts, buffet.
Lots of fruits. I liked it, I recommend it.
We stayed at this hotel from October 5 to October 12, 2024. The hotel is located in the center of Baku. Shopping malls and attractions are within walking distance.
The staff is friendly, very clean. The breakfasts are delicious, special thanks to the chefs. We liked everything!
Friendly staff, everyone speaks Russian. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. The usual breakfasts are eggs, sausages, porridge, cereals, yoghurts, local cheeses, vegetables, fruits. You won't stay hungry.
The location is convenient: from the Aeroexpress stop 10 minutes on foot, to the sea and Primorsky Boulevard 5 minutes. In the same house there is an excellent cafe with delicious pastries and a Georgian restaurant with live music.
I really liked the hotel, I love staying here! Very cozy, good breakfasts, courteous staff, high-quality service!)
If you suddenly have a desire to have a snack, you can just leave the hotel building, turn the corner and go to the restaurant. Very beautiful view from the window, within walking distance of the embankment and all shopping centers, I definitely recommend it!
Of course, there are no declared 4* here, the repair was done a long time ago, the rooms are worn out. But in general, the rooms are cozy and clean.
The service is excellent, the staff is very pleasant, although not everyone speaks Russian.
Breakfast is a buffet, quite varied, omelet with tomatoes is just 10/10.
The WiFi is good.
I will separately note the location - 15 minutes to any point of the center, there are plenty of establishments of different prices, shops, supermarkets around.
Super location! Excellent hotel, clean, delicious breakfasts. Problems with the hair dryer, it was constantly moving away from the outlet. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, bathrobe, slippers, personal hygiene products. Helpful staff at the reception. 😊
The location. Close to the railway station, to the embankment. There is a 24-hour currency exchange nearby. We only had one night. The room is good. There are ironing boards with an iron in the hallway
Modest , but very clean and sincere, helpful staff. At any time of the day, you can contact the reception with a request and they will always help! The breakfasts are delicious and hearty! The hotel is right in the center of Baku! Russian-speaking staff! I recommend it!
I got there in early August 2024, and they were doing repairs there.. She asked me to move to a better room, because the first one was tired enough. They did not refuse, they relocated, they did not take an additional payment. The food is not bad. I think that after the repair everything will be just fine there)

Good location, but not for ordering a taxi. Cars arrive inside the courtyard (you will have to go around the entire hotel) since it is not allowed to stay at the hotel. The hotel is located on the edge of the intersection of lanes 4 and 6 with constant traffic and frequent honking cars. If you are lucky with a room (and most of them are), the noise from the car is guaranteed, double-glazed windows are only in rooms with a view of the wonderful courtyard. The panorama room was booked by us a few months before the trip. We were moved immediately at the request of the noise from the car to a room twice the size (both rooms in the photo, with a panorama - two photos and one - the one they moved into). And ours, which was better in terms of conditions, was immediately handed over to others. There will be no compensation, apologies, or anything else. Apparently, the owner of the hotel thought that moving to worse conditions was our whim. They also refused to support the service where the hotel was booked, as the owner does not even respond to fines. In the early days of our appeals, he was contacted, but to no avail. The second room, which we managed to move into, was pleased with the local inhabitants - bedbugs. The breakfasts are monotonous and tasteless. With fake red and black caviar. Fish in the city is 3 times more expensive than meat. In a restaurant, 40 grams of black caviar costs 150 manats, somewhere less in grams, but at the same price. It stands out so much against the background of those medium-quality products that are in breakfasts that it is quite difficult not to notice it. I took a boiled egg - it smelled like peroxide - it went bad. I took the peas - they're even sticky. I wonder how I didn't get poisoned in a week. On the very first day, there was a desire to give up such breakfasts, but it's a pity that everything was paid for, and after the story with the "responsive" hotel owner, it's clear how it would have ended. Nothing. I do not recommend the bug boutique hotel to anyone, and if you still have doubts, I recommend you to think a thousand times. Money is more important to the owner than reputation.
Good afternoon! I want to share a review about the hotel. By the way, this is the first time I'm doing this. They write a lot: too old, in need of repair..... It doesn't say anything, the rooms are just kapets!!!! The staff is indifferent to your problems, as is the whole of Azerbaijan. At breakfast, one person cooks and cleans, so if you don't have time, you will clean yourself) the audibility in the rooms that face the street is such that you sleep as if on the street. The only thing that brightens up all this negativity is its location.
A good hotel for the money that rented a room suited us.
It can be seen that they washed very well and cleaned the room.
The only thing is that it's already a little cool in October, and no matter how you turn it or adjust it, it doesn't blow warm.
A very decent four, and I've been to six hotels in the city with something to compare.
Very convenient location. An adequate administrator, allowed things to be put when he had already checked out, walked around the city in front of the plane. You can extend the number.
By the way, a very good breakfast.
I have stayed at this hotel more than once. Very convenient location, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, respond quickly to requests and try to solve issues as quickly as possible. The price and quality are quite consistent.
The room is of average quality. The bed linen is normal. The towels are old. I had a problem with the hot water. Since there was a lot of work, I returned late and there was no hot water at that time. Calls to the reception had no effect.
Of the advantages: location, walking distance to the city center, near the embankment
There are questions about the wear of equipment (iron, washbasin, linen), but all this is covered by the wonderful attitude of the staff and an excellent breakfast
After an unsuccessful check-in on arrival at one of the Baku hotels (many hotels in the city clearly do not correspond to the stated stars), we came across this hotel at night looking with two small children in our arms and, lo and behold! The manager provided us with a nice room, we were able to stay for one night! Thank you for your professionalism and humanity!
In general, it is clean and cozy, the hotel is still new. Breakfast is normal, there is no choice of hot dishes, only boiled eggs and local sausages. There is a lack of porridge. There were ants in some rooms
