The largest area of the city in terms of area and population. Most of the district consists of the private sector and residential neighborhoods, including the largest and most populated (at least before the war it was so) Tekstilshchik microdistrict, which houses the largest market in the entire Donetsk region (in fact, legally, several markets fused into one mega-market), where you can buy anything: clothes, food, booze, household appliances, chemicals, furniture, tools, combat bomber and the floor of China :-) The tester, in fact, is the center of the Kirovsky district, but officially the administrative center of the district is located in another place - not far from Freedom Square (popularly this area is called "Imprisonment Square" because of the police department located there). Previously (before the DPR) there were 4 nightclubs (all at the Textile Factory), there was movement, it was fun, now everything is sad for obvious reasons. Despite the large population, there are very few normal places to relax, decent cafes and restaurants, except for the Gulyai Hut (just below the Prison Square, on the shore of the Turtle Bay and Cafe Italia on Tekstilshchik. The rest are either eateries, or watering holes, or something like that. The area is generally not bad, but it was much better before the DPR.
