I went from Anapa to Donetsk today as a beady sprinter. The driver is a professional-he drove quickly, but without comfort, since the bead was killed by ten years of travel and is not provided at all for long-distance trips.It is a pity that such professionals have to work on obsolete transport (People were stuffed like a herring in a barrel, there is nowhere to put things. The driver has to listen to all the negativity from the passengers. It's time for the owners to upgrade their vehicles a long time ago!!! I will no longer drive this carrier👎👎👎

A company with very good service. They rebooked our trip to Orel for another day for free. There is a free hotline 8-804 from the Russian Federation, it is convenient to call from a Russian SIM card, especially if there is roaming in another region. The trip was held in complete comfort with all amenities. The bus has air conditioning. The seats are fresh and clean. TV and Wi-fi are included. Thanks for the comfort. We recommend it to everyone.

We were traveling with my husband from Donetsk to Tula, I would like to express my gratitude to the drivers, although the trip is not short, but everything went comfortably for my husband and me, and the bus is comfortable, TV, tea, coffee on the bus, everything is at the highest level.
