Today we visited this institution, as we passed nearby. I was unpleasantly surprised when I was refused to share a huge doner. They also refused to give me a knife categorically. I asked to call the administrator. They said it wouldn't work out because they were busy in the kitchen. I waited another 10 minutes . Completely ignored. To the sister's questions about the halal nature of the institution, they replied that there was a certificate, but they would not show it. By the way, at 8 p.m. we were the only customers in this place. To say that the admin and other employees are loaded is not even a stretch .

We came, ordered three doners. We wait. We've been waiting a long time.As soon as we approached them and reminded them about the order, we were given them, although only two doners instead of three, plus the last doner, which, according to them, was "preparing" was completely different, not the one we ordered. And imagine that you and a couple of friends went to a cafe, ordered three doners, but your friends were given doners, and you sit and watch them eat. I'm sure you wouldn't like it. An ordinary student will not make a scandal - he will just silently turn around and will no longer come there.
To be honest, I won't forget that evening. If you try to find out when it happened, it would be stupid of you. Don't you already feel bad when they say something about you? I apologize for the review, but still that shameful evening did not give rest.

I went in with a friend the other day to eat a doner. Ordered: I salsa, then he classics. We sit and wait. They give out a friend's order: there's salsa. "Well, okay, we made a mistake, it happens," I think, and we continue to wait. It takes 20 minutes, all this time other orders were issued: there were already new customers and doners in the orders. They came up to ask, they say:"What's the deal?" They said, "Right now, we'll do everything, wait a bit." 10 minutes later, the same story, and they continue to issue orders. As a result, we waited 40 minutes for one doner. And not to say that the taste was fabulous: it was not worth the time spent.
I will not generalize, anything happens, but I was dissatisfied with the recent campaign. I won't be back soon, 1 star is deserved.

I worked in catering myself, cooked nuggets and they turned out delicious every time.Not too greasy/dry.I don't understand how you can ruin nuggets, threw it in oil, took it out and that's it.There was an action:Order one sauce and get another one for free.They didn't give me one sauce.
I don't recommend it to anyone, it's better to go to RIO.Nuggets are cheaper and tastier.

They came up, asked, they say they are preparing salsa ... + they do not issue checks, which does not insure against unpleasant situations.
The impression of all this is very spoiled, even if the food itself is delicious.

We stopped by to try burgers with a friend, immediately after the opening, there were no visitors in the institution except for us. The burgers were cooked quickly enough, the serving is quite interesting, special gloves are served so as not to get your hands dirty and in addition there is not much salad. The taste was absolutely not impressed, the bun is very soft, the filling gives off bitterness, it is probably a sauce with the addition of artificial smoke, the meat looks like ordinary minced meat, not chopped, in general, burgers for three, but for homemade morsels you can put a solid five, as well as for the interior. None of the staff could answer where the marbled beef was grown, what kind of fattening, grain or grass. The staff is also on top three, there is no desire to return again.
