I bought two burgers today, they said to eat only with chicken, okay OK. The cutlet was not even close to the chicken meat. Live bread. The cutlet is burned and dried, which is not possible to live, as well as a pebble was found in the cutlets about which people almost broke a tooth. Belarusian shawarma is sold without French fries, which for a moment is included in the composition. But the price does not change with this. This is a normal business. What do people pay money for?

Outraged to the limit!!! I didn't want to write until the last moment, but today's visit to this place is just TERRIBLE!!! For several years, shawarma has been ordered here with regular frequency. And then we tried Doner boxing, and we really liked it. But we have not been able to place an order for this position for several months. And do you know why? It turns out that THERE are NO POTATOES!!! Think about it!!! THERE ARE NO POTATOES IN Belarus!!! We ordered cheeseburgers today. But even here there are problems - there are no beef patties, only chicken ones. They agreed. But what they cooked for us and we tried at home is a separate topic. Burnt cutlets, overcooked buns, rotten lettuce leaves!!! It did not work out to bite off, they tried to cut it off with a knife - and then with effort. As a result, everything is in the trash!!! And this is 9.90 * 2- a total of 19.80 rubles for the trash. Don't set foot there anymore, and I don't advise anyone!!!!!

Previously, there was one of the most delicious chains in Minsk, now it is a snack bar, moreover, branded pita bread was removed, the product quality was reduced to close to zero.
Doners have become smaller (as for children), delivery works very crookedly (through the app), beef has been removed from the menu.They also come cold, burnt, etc., the same thing happens in the establishments themselves

I bought two shavuhi in this institution today, because of fatigue and unwillingness to cook, I took a chance in short... and I regretted it very much! At the initial stage, they said what they were doing with an ordinary flatbread (you can't call it pita bread). Pointing a finger at the mountains of cheese pita bread behind the saleswoman's back, I heard the answer that it was for write-off, so eat what they give, okay. When it was my turn to pick up my "dinner", I saw that someone was still being made on raw pita bread. Naturally, there was no limit to my indignation! I started to figure it out, in response I heard "be, me, to write off, uh, well, we do it there, we didn't do it here." Due to the lack of strength to argue because of the burden in the form of two heavy bags of profitably purchased beer on the stock (good, I ask you to note), I spat on this case and left. A very unpleasant impression, the shawarma is bland, shallow, some kind of porridge inside. I ate it, of course, in the morning we'll see how it will be. The wife is smarter, bought herself a meal at KFC.

I have been ordering shawarma here through delivery for a year, and already 3 times they bring me shawarma in which raw meat is, so in addition, I waited for my order not for 50 minutes as always, but for an hour and 40 minutes. I ordered delivery here twice.
1 time brought two containers. It was delicious, but both containers leaked. Ketchup was all over everything, and the containers were dented.
2 times they brought a half-empty shawarma and two mini-burgers. It was tasteless. Very mediocre shawarma and the worst burgers I've ever eaten in my life. Dry, rolls are more than fillings. Everything arrived cold.
Therefore, so far only 3 points.
Obviously burgers and shawarma are not yours.

Just trash! I ordered burgers for the children, they asked me very much. Not only did they announce the waiting time of 30-40 minutes, well, it doesn't matter, we waited, BUT WHAT THEY GAVE US!!!!!
