I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of this shawarma. An unusual author's sauce, which does not feel and does not interrupt the taste of mayonnaise.
The shawarma is twisted thinly, so it is convenient to eat and nothing falls apart in the process. I also want to note that the shawarma was perfectly warmed up on the grill and remained warm enough even in the middle of the pita bread.

Very high-quality shawarma, in most cases it is similar for everyone, I will only describe what I liked from them.
- The diameter of the shawarma is not large, it is convenient to bite.
- Wrap the shawarma in foil and paper, it has not cooled down until I brought it home.
- The sauce does not taste like mayonnaise.
- I liked the cabbage, it's either fresh or finely chopped, in general it's delicious.

The shawarma is very tasty. I took two shawarma home: "Caucasian" and "Sour cream mushrooms", I ate it only two hours later. Not only did it look like it was all ruined when I came home, but even after the first bite it turned out to be inedible. 2 shawarma flew into the trash. Instead of the signature sauce, they just poured ketchup. The time was 21.25 and they probably poured what was left) I contacted support, they answered for 3 days) Apologized and said that they would give it to the head. 2 more days have passed. Until he wrote, nothing was answered. As a result, they said that they had settled it and they would replace the shawarma for me, you can come to the point and they will redo everything for you. I came, I did it) ONE smaller size from the order 🤣🤣 I asked for a complaint book, but they just don't have it. There is no complaint book in the catering in 2024. I strongly advise against ordering shawarma there. Don't make my mistakes. I didn't take the shawarma- eat it yourself!

The shawarma was cooked terribly: the whole thing is falling apart, there are a lot of sauces, the shawarma has drowned in them, there is little meat. No one controls the employees, they are engaged in unclear things, the main thing is not cooking high-quality shawarma.

It may take a long time for someone, but it's okay for me personally. It's better to wait, but get a quality product. The assortment is excellent for such an institution format. Very tasty teriyaki and American shawarma. The "standard" chicken is also well done. Always a great signature sauce, but the filling depends on the shawarmist. At the time of January 2024, everything is generally not bad here either. A decent selection of a number of sauces. Not once during the entire visit did I come across low-quality meat or something sour. From what I would like to see - a loyalty program, at least for every 10 shawarma, either a free shawarma, or an order for a small amount.
