19.09 I ordered the largest portion of wings, a doner, and three ayrans. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes, I sat in the car next to them, waited 25 minutes, came for the order (paid immediately after I made the order) and they tell me that they forgot to do it. Bottom line: minus 25 minutes of my time, they offered to do everything in 10 minutes, I refused because I needed to pick up my child from school. They ruined my mood, ruined my appetite, took away my time. Such irresponsible people should not work in catering at all!
