Now is the time when we need to help each other, not engage in extortion. The guys are lying down, there is no compassion for them. And some are just lying there, being monitored and quietly drinking alcohol, and the hospital staff are calmly watching this. And those drunks are giving others a hard time. The authorities would have already dealt with some of the personnel and checked them. And it would be good to check them out.
