My son ordered a new VOYAH FREE 318 car from a dealer in early December. He was informed that the cars were already on their way and as soon as they arrived at the border of the Republic of Belarus, he would be informed.
On December 09, 2024, Alexander received a notification that the cars had arrived and from December 10, 2024, he was hired at the technical center in Minsk to prepare additional inspections and pre-sale preparation. The car should arrive in Soligorsk on December 16.
But! I'm a father and I wanted a holiday...
I found the phone number of Dongfeng's main office on the Internet and asked to be contacted by Victoria Birilo, a sales specialist in Soligorsk (my son sent a screenshot of correspondence with Victoria that the holiday would not be complete), and here I found out who is selling cars.
After some time, Victoria contacted me, I introduced myself and said that I knew that she was selling a car for Alexander's son, to which Victoria also replied that a lot of cars had arrived and nothing depended on her, as the team in Minsk would work, so the car would arrive.
Well, I've told you what my request is, and you'll get a festive surprise from the dealer.
14.12.2019 It was also Saturday, it was 5 years ago, the day of the marriage of our son Alexander and his wife Daria.
I asked Victoria to bring this information to the sales center in Minsk, and suddenly ...
and on Friday, 12/13/2024, after 6 p.m., I received a call from Victoria that tomorrow, 12/14/2024. everything is working out, there will be a car issue. There was no limit to my joy.
So on Saturday, 12/14/2024, at 14h.10min, our relatives received the keys and the car, without knowing it themselves, for their first small family holiday. Her eyes were shining with joy, just like the first day they became husband and wife.
Victoria and I shouted, "It's bitter, it's bitter..." and with a kiss from a married couple, this holiday was crowned.
Maybe someone will say a lot of letters, but that's not usual here. It was just necessary to live it and see the joy on the faces of relatives, and that says it all!
From the bottom of my heart, I thank Victoria Birilo and all those people I don't know who heard my request and accelerated the preparation of the car for delivery earlier than planned and made our family holiday a reality!
