Everything seems to be beautiful and dignified. But the positive impression of the store was overshadowed by subsequent actions. 1. The payment terminal was not provided, the cash receipt was also provided, the payment is only for cash (nowadays this is probably the case only on the market in Zhdanovichi). 2. After accepting the order, there were no skirting boards available, and therefore it was necessary to postpone the laying of the laminate, and the kindly provided analogue was neither to the village nor to the city. Therefore, it would be a good idea to check its availability in the warehouse and with the supplier before accepting the order. 3. The components for the skirting boards, which are usually individually packaged in pairs, were delivered to the address without packaging, but in bulk in an incomprehensible box. And subsequently, when trying to return the incorrectly calculated remainder of the plugs, I was denied this on the grounds not of the pairing of the goods, but the one that was in pairs - that I bought it (!) in another store, on the Mainland (I'm just some kind of maniac, I buy goods in one store and it comes true in another one). 4. Delivery only to the entrance, although, under equal conditions, other companies bring everything into the apartment (in my case, the choice of this store was related only to the proximity of being from home).
Conclusion: you can use the store's services if you are prepared for the described surprises...

It's not the first time I've ordered linoleum. The specifics are the dance school. By the way, the linoleum that lies at another branch (it is 5 years old) is in good condition. Everything was helped to pick up and delivered on time. The quality is super. Huge thanks ❤

The choice of linoleum is wide, but the quality of service is "on top"
They promised to bring the linoleum on Friday, and as a result they brought it on Saturday. This is an important point here because we have clarified several times that we definitely need it on Friday, because we are moving. I was convinced that 100% of everything will be delivered by 18:00.
On Friday, they dialed me around 20-21 and told me that they said "they cut it off in the warehouse the wrong way." That is, I was informed not at 17, an hour before arrival, not at 18 o'clock, but late in the evening that no one would arrive and would be brought the next day. The movers brought everything the next day, but they were with the wildest fumes, so given all the circumstances, we can assume that on Friday they got drunk and decided not to take it, although I thought that the seller heard me when I said about the urgency. Also on Saturday, I ordered more skirting boards (because I hadn't measured them before). And there was no limit to my joy when they told me that they would bring linoleum. Only the fittings were NOT ALL brought, even here they messed up))
When I was in the store, the girl was constantly on the phone in the working moments / conversation with friends mode (apparently she is the owner of the store) and most likely all the joints are because of this. Plus, on the phone, some eternal shoals of employees were discussed, of course it happens… But not 2 times in one order)))
The choice and prices are like in other similar stores, so I don't see the point in buying here with such a service.

They helped out. The manager (the girl) is a real smart girl. We were looking for linoleum. There was no call on the leftovers. By myself! I called back, found it, helped with the baseboards (selection), organized the delivery on the same day!
