About a year ago, when the folding door was loose, for a month (!!!) We tried to get through to the representatives of the installers, but they did not arrive. THEN there is no time, then we arrived, but there were no necessary keys, then something else... As a result, the door broke down a year later - the hinge fell apart. As a result, the employee arrived, adjusted the BROKEN door, took 30 (!!!) rubles and left.
At the same time, the complaints manager was shown a photo in advance that the problem with the loop was zero reaction. "She doesn't understand it" - cinema and the Germans!
The cost of the service, despite repeatedly pre-voiced requests, was not mentioned, referring to the fact that it depends on the amount of work. It turned out that the adjustment was 5 rubles and for the departure of an employee - 25!!! "We have such a free pricing..." is a super comment from the claims manager!
And the problem has not been solved! Somehow , the loop that had become fell apart again ... The seller's answer is "there are no such loops at the factory, they don't do it anymore - we can't do anything."
On repeated requests to meet with the management of the company within the framework of the Law on Citizens' appeals, there are some strange "excuses" that this is impossible, since the management is on a business trip...
A terrible salesman! God forbid to deal with this!
